I have been skating around in my basement for the past three weeks trying to get ready for the summer. :)

We have a few dope skate parks within no more then 3 hours from where I am at. Kona up in Jacksonville which has a 30 foot roll-in pool with a 20 foot launcher on the other end. Truly a wonder of skating. . . Central Skate which is in St. Pete and it has a 12 foot roll in to a foam pit : )

There is nothing too huge around here like that. Just a couple quarter pipes, some boxes, some rails, and a half pipe. No where near huge.

I am more of a street skater than I am a vert anyway.
 
It's interesting to me to see two sets of sloppy slang trying to communicate.

The humor is truly genuine.

Yeah I learned on the street myself, Orlando is a wonderful town to skate at. . . Lotsa gaps, and ledges
 
Street skating is more fun to me anyway. I love just going around town busting big tricks and having people stop and stare and stuff. There is only so much you can do in a skate park, on the street you pretty much are limited to what you can do only by your imagination.
 
I get easily frustrated when I blow a trick though. Nothing is worse then when someone laughs when you bail. I have got in several fist fights over it. I'd blow a trick and someone would laugh at my wipeout which would make me get right up in their face and ask them what was so funny. Wiping out hurts and it isn't cool. What's to laugh at?

Skating downtown at night when people are partying down here can get hairy with the amount of people wanting to start fights because you skate. . . I love the people that try to act like tough shiz and they can skate, but when you put them on point in front of their friends you make them look like an arse.
 
Been 12 years on and off, four years of hardcore skating on a religous basis. . .
 
I have been skating pretty much ever since I learned to walk. I got my first pair of 4 wheeled roller skates when I was about 4. I think they were Fisher Price plasti ones. Ever since then I have been wheeling around on a pair of skates. 16 years so far...

Those are some nice skates there Rumple. . . I still have an original set of Backyards from K2. . . Torn to crap but I can still get replacement parts : ) love those things to death. . .

let me help you out here. . . I believe you were trying to say "Man, you should care because I can go faster then you in a half pipe". . . instead of "MAN U SHUD WH3N I CAN GET FAST THAN U IN TEH PIEP" It makes more sense. . .
