50 minutes to qualifying starts guys!
 
I'm depressed!yesterday I did easily 1'29.2 in my private Lounge,today I can't I did only 1'30.2!

1.29.2xx isn't physically possible without some sort of speed/grip advantage, there is no way anyone could go 8 tenths quicker than my 1.30.009. I could probably do a 1.29.8xx if I REALLY pushed and pushed and pushed, but don't worry. 1.30.2xx is a really good time, you'll do fine, trust me :).
 
Cmon, 10 minutes to go and there's not even 10 of us? Where the feck is everyone?

Wajdi was here before for ages, left and hasn't come back, Owen isn't replying to any messages I send him..

I messed up on time. I thought it started at five. ( this top hour not an hour ago) So very sorry and disappointed. As well bored. :(

Came in and there was 1 lap of 40. So so so so close.

Next week. Ugh I want my 5 hrs of testing back.
 
This is so bs. I rush home ( lunch ran longer than expected ) load up the game and it says I can't sign in cuz I need to quit whatever is running first. Apparently there was some new thing I had to agree to to sign online. So i quit the game and accept the new terms and load up the game again, now it's taking forever to get into the game and when i finally does it says I have some connection error. WTF! What a waste of time... Now I missed everything.

I HATE how long GT 5 takes just to load up

Edit: when I go to community and try and join the lounge it says a connection to the server could not be established. After a second try I get kicked out to the main menu and it freezes. I can't even get back into the game or go to arcade mode or anything. I have to quit the game. The hell is wrong with this thing!!

Guess I dont feel nearly as bad beings I am watching the race go on. Remy K working that Lexus nicely. He has a decent lead with 11 laps to go

Fast lap from the Denso Lexus driven by Remy K is in the 1:28's maybe draft help did not see it. He has ran 1:29's no draft last few laps I was watching him.

Yeah you are right, 1.28.750 i did with draft when trying to catch the leading NSX on the straight.
But i did a 1.29.2xx without draft on lap 30 something i forgot.
Nonetheless it was good race!
 
Not a good race for me this time:tdown:the set-up wasn't appropriate so I had to do 3pitstop. I mad some stupid mistake. I did my best to catch Cian-Gp and Arkano in the last 8laps and I did it:)good 4th place!Remy was,really,great this one,congratulation my team-partner:)My best lap was 1'29.0xxxx.

I was wondering why you pitted so many times, apparently it has something to do with the setup.
I remember you pitted quite early too for the first time. Well next time will be better mate.

Got 1.29.605 for qualifying but Remy was too quick... :(
The tyre drop off was bad for me, as it reach nearly halfway, i just lose like 0.5 second every lap.
 
Sorely disappointed at the turnout tonight..that's quite a few people moved to the reserve list already.

@Owen & Yingyang: Don't worry about missing the start, at least you have a reason!

Did the clocks in the US not go forward an hour last week?

Spent like 30 laps of the race just cruising with GP until I span on turn 10 curb with 5 laps to go! :lol:.

Please can everyone add GP-CiaN, he'll be hosting next weeks race at Rome. I wont be there and I wont be online all that week because I'm away on holiday. I'm gone saturday - saturday, there's a minuscule possibility I might miss the first race at Suzuka too, but I highly doubt it.
 
That rally race was different. Never done one of them online. Dang got ran over in the first hard left. I will say that someone was lagging on my screen. Had them passed and KABOOM comes out every speaker my butt kicker bottoms out and my car stops. Lagging car lagged through my car literally and I stopped cold with a hige thud resulting in damage on every part possible. Hahaha crazy. Never seen that. Would try that again with light or no damage. I know tonight in free run lobby I will vote for a rally race.

yeah when qualifying time i saw my time got beat by you, so i had to go out once more and see whether the Lexus can pull it off or not, it turns out the Lexus can find that couple of tenths i need it to be on pole.
But when the race starts, you got away pretty quickly, i lost some places and had a pretty intense three-way battle with Cian and my teammate...

This was a good race!
 
My race ended pretty much right at the start when I span out on the main straight, :( if that didn't happen I'm quite sure I could've finished 6th.
I ended up going for a 1 stop because that spin left me way behind, I was orrignally planning for a 2 stop. I was thinking a 1 stop would be the only chance for me to catch back up to 7th place and I almost did, if only the race had a few more laps I think I might have caught phil.

3 people have been moved to the reserve list; which means 3 cars are now available: Lexus Bandai Direzza, Lexus Dunlop & Calsonic GT-R.

Cars are up for grabs! ;).

Yes my area did. Truly this is my fault in retrospect to me being late. The OP has a link that tells me Indy 4pm.

While really no excuse. I did have my heart set on racing. You guys are fast. Really really fast. I don't plan to win, but I sure hope to get faster. Maybe end of season bid for a podium! !

Deeply sorry to those 9 that made it on time and suffered from my absence. Words don't express how serious I take the leagues I race in. Deeply passionate about racing. My stomach sunk twice. First was when I typed "Hello Racers" and realized the race was going. ThenI thought Arkano ran another league right before ours. Was like damn it right on our time. The. Seen lap 2of40 seen Thru Purple in hr Eneos and that's when it hit me that I didn't make it in time. :(

On this note I am headed inside my calendar on my phone to add my leagues race date and times with reminders. Woot

As well if for some reason a racer is needed in other leagues or whatever my email is OwensRacing at comcast dot net.

Hope you guys can understand this was purely accidentally.

You'll have to add 150kg of ballast and limit your engine to 50% :p.

Let the thru_purple have a shot on dumping that Eneos. It garbage guys. It needs to be allowed something. But nothing left but HP. SO on that maybe extend the Lexus drivers to two extra of the other three.


How much I would love to go Calsonic. What i consider my car. I am eager to learn this NSX.

There is also the Nismo Z. I hate to say it. But that car is a ringer. No offense but that car in the top three today's hands would of destroyed the comp. I think it should be penalized ballast. Bring it's PP back to the Castrol Supra's which iirc is 617 full wings. Edit: appears adding 100kg puts this car at 617 from 623.

Usually I don't reference that PP. but I truly think this is a fair penalty for a car with such power on TQ and superb handling. It truthfully should blanche this car with the field.

I've been arguing with myself whether to allow multiples of the same car since the beginning, it would help eliminate the annoyingly large car differences. But I'm not sure.

I'll give the Nismo Z some testing this week.
