We would basically have racers under 18 race in some spot races and championships organized by the group.

I made this over 6 months ago and NOW it gets intrest.

Anyway, I can't do it anymore. I recently got new internet and it has over 700ms of ping. Feel free to take this idea if you want, but with my new internet it isn't possible, atleast not right now.
