really? i've warned shannon whitmore about it aswell.
and asked him to clean up my thread as you can see salma went nuts and posted the same thing 200 times.
Shannon just said "what! i can't see anything wrong"....
some staff members is a complete joke and they can't do their job. i honestly hope they get fired.

i hosted a spa race with 50 some racers. on pacelap i get a private message saying watch out for salma, he's a wrecker.
so i told him straight up and he was quite schocked that i knew.
he was way behind me but sure enough he punted some guys off before the bus stop...

I have a similar problem with my accelerator pedal. It starts twitching at the top between 90 and 100 percent and then it settles, this useually happens when I press it hard but sometimes it's just when it's beig pressed to the bottom, even with light pressure. Wht can I do about it? This has caused me to lose positions sometimes, especially on high speed turns before a straight line. There is no way I can get pedals by themselves, so what can I do?

I've had this problem a lot of times and always it was consequence of accumulated dust in the potentiomenter, you have two ways for fixing that, one is to open your pedal box and clean all the accumulated dust using a contact spray and the other way is to short calibrate your throttle in game, when you are calibrating your throttle and pressing the pedal you can set the number on the left at a value between 50 and 100, that will make the trick.
Cleaning your pedals is a better choice though because you'll lose a bit of smoothness when you short calibrate your throttle pedal.

Hit Class D this morning with a 5th place at Okayama in the MX5, got a +0.44 SR gain to put me at Rookie 4.42 and it levelled me to Class D 3.41. Happy boy here.

If you go the Mustang route the track changes tomorrow to Road America, so don't waste your money on Zandvoort it has been dead this whole week!

So do certain series get less popular on certain tracks? I did notice Okayama was less busy than Lime Rock in the nVidia cup, is it the same case with Zandvoort and Road America?

EDIT: I also already own Zandvoort as part of the promo code I used when I bought my subscription.

Seems to be that way, for some reason people don't like Zandvoort in the Mustang, I like it but it's been dead! Summit Point and the one before where pretty good! Hope Road America brings more people in!
So yeah all series seem to be that way!

Predictably I set the best lap and then crashed Sitting in the pits currently.

edit: I stand corrected I ran the second best lap with a 1:00.790. Best lap was a 59.987 Back to the TT drawing board for me

Man that's what I hate about the Nvidia Cup! It is a lot of fun, but too many unconcious drivers that make it practically impossible to race and climb the ladder. I basically had to give up racing and play watch the idiot spin out to get out of Rookie license! My advice to you Patric is start from the back and don't race anyone! Just hang back, follow them till they take themselves out, you'll be making clean races and your SR will climb real fast! You'll be out of Rookie in a night! Once out of rookie you can either join the Grand Touring series, Mustang series or Skip Barber series wich are all a lot of fun and the quality of racers is much much higher!

the lincense is not all, more importend is the iR rating. with a high license but low iR rating you will start in the end again in the bad sessions.

Yea it gets pretty addicting I know couple days in a row I would just race for half the day in the miatas and street stock every hour.

I've been getting about .15 per race win....and with all my first week mishaps I was down to 2.37, just won my 5th race (heehee still undefeated for today ) and am sitting at 2.83.

Lime Rock is a dificult place to get a clean race in, I love that track though!
Did a Grand Am race there on the Mustang an I gotta say it was scary!!! Those things go by you scary fast!! Is a contiious train of DP's the whole time lapping you! It's a lot of fun!

Yea I did a Grand-Am at Indy last night was crazy having DPs passing all the time especially when they just dive bomb you... heh

Yeah, some of the guys are respectfull and treat you properly, but some just want you out of the way and simply don't care if they take your line and make you crash, makes for some intense racing though!
