Oh damn. am i an idiot. Doing great then while trying to fumble around and press the button to switch to relative timing....I hit F2....The damn button that shuts off the wireless card.......
I was running the Street Stocks at Charlotte earlier today before it changed tracks. Was in 11th place after leaving the track to avoid wreckage and then bumping the wall and having to pit. 10th place car is two cars ahead, and the car between us is on the lead lap, in like 8th position. Its the #13 car. About five laps to go and I'm gaining on these cars pretty fast. I go to run a low line under #13 and he quickly moves and blocks me and I have to brake. He had just painted a target on himself.
So I fall back a bit and within a lap I'm back up on #13, I creep up to his bumper and give him a tap on the corner exit to shake him up. He backs out of the throttle and bumps the wall. Mission accomplished.
I even went on to pass the car that mattered. And then douchebag there comes and slams me after the race is over. Infants.
JavThe memories from the Mazda Cup... Just start from the pits, you'll gain way more SR and iR that way! Oh and Blaze, Rafa is gonna kick Novak's butt tonight!! Vamos Rafa!! Lol!!

To start on the pit I simply don't line myself up on the pits during the 60 window ?
So, after watching probably 18 hours of the 24hrs of Daytona between broadcast coverage and internet streams, I'm really excited for the iRacing driver swaps and endurance races. Really going to be interesting and fun to see how it all works.
I'm not sure what class the Lotus 49 will fall under, possibly class C since the Lotus 79 is in class B.
But it's also very possible due to the difficulty of handing the Lotus 49 without any downforce, it may fall into Class A. It will very likely be one of the most challenging cars to drive fast in iRacing.
Fastest guys are running 57 sec laps, normally in the higher splits fast laps are in the 58-59sec range. Lower splits if you can average a 1:02 or so you'll win.
