Well, you could tow out of it which wouldn't be entirely unrealistic. But still, it could be a sizable amount of effort to code in something that debatably adds very little to the gameplay. I can think of at least a dozen things the time would be better spent on.
 
You know, I really liked the little Clown Car! It handles pretty good, I love that you have to turn it with the throttle or hello understeer! only problem is getting gangbanged by the big bad SS cars! I barely tapped a Street Stock going into t7 and it immediately turned me arround and flying to the barriers! The after the fast tow I was catching the second place Clown Car and arround comes the leader who decides to help me out with a little bump drafting on the front straight... Bad idea!!! It sent me flying to the wall and out of the race for good!
Seriously? Who tought pitting this heavy beasts against the little Clown Car was a good idea!!!!??

You have to brake in a straight line or your gonna go for a loop. After you get that part right its actually a pretty fun track. At first I couldnt get past turn 3 then figured out the straght line braking.

now i have to wait till friday to make my new simulator :) i will now be proud to be using a CSW, CSP (ive had them since november! never used them ever!), and now a DSD pro sifter! and should have my own center console button box some time early next month

Now that looks sexy!

I tell you even with the issues week 13 brings, I enjoy some of the racing I've had. I actually forgot how much at times I enjoyed the legends car, it wears my arms out compared to others which feels like dump truck to pickup.

I got taken out on purpose by a guy right after start of the race while we were in like 12 and 13th. I kept my head in the game, as passed cars and avoided wrecks, and tracked him down with like 15 laps left running in 6th. Passed him clean (which figured he would try something), next corner he drove in deep to try to spin me. He just tapped my bumper straight on, knocked me a little of the groove as he spun into outside wall.

Someone pointed out protesting period doesn't make seen for iracing to really do much, like banning. You will lose a paying member, and we all know they want money, so hard to shoot yourself in the foot.

We knew it would be bad race anyway, had guy who had no clue who to start a race (just getting on the grid).
 
Love that GT2 wheel. Racing the Miatas tonight at Charlotte, qualified 2nd (surprised myself ) and on the very first corner on the very first lap, I'm spun out by the 3rd place car.. I get going again and 30 seconds later I'm run into by someone else.. spinning me out yet again.. Would have been a good race to.
 
Jav, I figured you'd be doing the Grand Am Showdown, that sounds like fun. I might do that or the Brickyard 400 but right now I can't decide if I should run Legends or Late Model at road America.

i think the one remedy for getting away from loonies is really iRating. I,ve noticed this from getting my oval rating up and I'm no longer with the loonies, or the people who take accidents personally. I really do despise those people.

anyways week 13 is here, and it will go by. I cant wait till Thursday to read all the sim updates! and the grand am showdown has been a ton of joy practicing. man i forgot about the new tire model for the mustang. I love it. i think i will be doing more mustang races this upcoming season. i would be happy to be part of the show down, but i don't think i will have my new rig up and running yet. i do hope i can finish it friday, ill def be posting more drool worthy pic Jav, you better watch out :-D
 
This weekend, the iRacing one is friday and saturday if i am not mistaken. i think the real one is going to be on Saturday (that is a complete guess though.)

Thanks, i just glanced last night and didn't check times really. Hopefully I can do it on Saturday, guess I will check in morning if it isn't posted here yet.
