Both good options. I think Homestead Road Course B (Grand Am Configuration) would be really good for mixed class racing but, unfortunately I'd doubt many own the course as it is only used for ovals now.

I'm cool with Homestead, but I don't own the track. I won't be able to race Suzuka, Silverstone, or Spa for the same reason.

I'll gladly stay away from COTA i'm afraid, Absolutely hate that track.

I'll give it a chance. It's pretty generic, but I think it'll be fun

I did something I've always wanted to do at the weekend. I started an un-official race from the front row, and as soon as the start lights came up, I took off ! I had a 9 second lead at the first corner I'd typed into chat "I've always wanted to do this" beforehand, and when I took off, people were laughing out loud in the chat

Obviously I got black flagged, but I've been so tempted to do it for so long.

True that, I hope not.. But if he does that, I'm reporting him back because he pushed me off circuit 2 times, bumped into me 2 times and when I was hot lapping with a friend he came out of the pit between us and pushed my buddy off the track under braking. He's probably not reporting

It'd be cooler to do it from the rear or mid-pack, slaloming around everyone, but I guess the chance is that you'd hit people or they'd start too. I guess it might be doable from the second row, w/o much time for the front row to react
A 4x in an unofficial race is like what, and 1x in regular?

The interview on ISR, guy stated no dates cause with software that can change. So avoid disappointment he and they won't give dates. However he said it's working and they have tried it. It's awesome and should be sooner then later.

I'm hoping with the Cota / BMW quarterly update. So it seems that was what he was illuding too.

Man I'm nervous about driver swaps. I don't want to be that guy! The one that ruins the car after a long stint on track by my team. LoL

Haven't checked on ISR in a while, but sounds good. Looking forward to driver swaps and the BMW, not too fussed about COTA but will get it anyway
I think everyone will be nervous about being the one that bins the car in a team event, maybe it will bring out the best in everyone because nobody wants to be 'the one'.

If Driver Swaps happen to be in the next build... GT Enduro Championship will definitely have a lot of awesome adjustments to be made. Starting with 5 hour races!

De-tune the HPD (It's old school ALMS LMP2 spec which is faster than today's LMP1 spec if I'm not mistaken), and new DP with GT3 cars, and we have an A class road series other than the Williams

Tony Gardner expressed on the forums the desire to get an updated version of the HPD to current P2 Spec along with an updated DP to current Spec and new GT-LM car to run an official Tudor series. Hopefully it'll all happen soon!

All they really need to do with the HPD is give it a new motor, interested to know what gt car they try to get.

They need a traction control system on the car. Just have iRacing create there own. Not having the dual traction control system on the HPD is absolutely ruining it. The rear slides around more than a Skip Barber car, it's an LMP. It is designed to be comfortable to drive fast. Countersteering every corner on the brink of a spin is not comfortable.

I'm pretty sure it'll be the C7.R and they'll probably be trying to get the license for the Z4 GT-LM as well, as much as I love the M3 GT-E it's just old now...
Assetto Corsa already announced the C7.R so iRacing surely is looking into that if they already haven't.

The DP irl didn't have tc, so they got that one right. The HPD is supposed to be on rails more/less

It still have considerable ammount of downforce and in reality not a whole lot of power... Our generation DP should be easier to drive than the Ford GT in reality, for some crazy reason in the game it isn't!

It's got roughly 525 hp irl, but the older spec DPs had barely any d/f. It's pretty light for a tube frame car too. I think it's pretty close, but I've never driven a real one. Regardless, it needs an update badly
