the years 1990-2000 are the best years not only for honda but for all the japanesse automakers. since let say the year 2001 japanese sports car have vanish from earth. only few models like s2000, 350z, rx8, wrx and evo still remain competitive. in the 1990s the 300zx, supra, skyline and nsx compete versus ferrari, porshe and corvette. this days they are far away from that league. there no japan supercars (nsx cost like a supercar but performs poorly compare to others in that price range),(skyline is no longer around and doesnt perform to current standarts). the evo and the sti are the only true performance cars and for the money are a great deal. rx8 is underpower, 350z is a heavy car and the s2oo0 is expensive. iam really dissapointed by japanese automakers focusing all the effort in suv, sedans and trucks. at least we can found some good performance cars cheap in the used market. europe and america are really taken the sport cars seriosly and not to mention the supercar category.
