Is it possible to set car requirements in custom lobbies?

Say I made my own lobby for people to join, and I wanted EVERYONE to race a TVR Speed 12 for example. Is there a car restriction option to force (lack of better word) everyone to race a Speed 12?

Yes you can. In a pic recently released it showed the race restrictions and they had it set to Ferarri...so, im sure you can set it to specific make or model of cars.
