IS MY GAME MESSED UP? TopGear track hasn't unlocked! HELP!

I've done the first topgear challenge in the sambabus and got a SILVER

Then I did the Elise challenge and got the GOLD

Then I did the last one in the german pubelwagen thing and got SILVER

Surely this is enough to unlock the TopGear test track in practice and arcade mode?

I STILL CAN'T FIND IT! GOING MAD! HELP!!!!

I'm on level 25 at the moment and officially BORED of Gran Turismo 5

all before christmas too. Such a letdown:tdown:👎
