Can't seem to login this morning (9:54AM EDT GMT-5).

I logged in 1 minute ago. I'm in the UK.

Confirmed internet is up by loading several pages on differing sites.
Getting page not found for PSN login page via the web, Play Station login fails, & Test Network fails @ PSN.

I just signed in to PSN without any troubles here in Canada.

I have a suggestion for you @SCClockDr ... unplug your modem or router for 15 seconds and then plug it back in. This is a reset for your device and will clear up a few issues for you.

Login problem resolved without further intervention, just waited it out I guess.
