Try driving a different car less hp until you get the feel of your new wheel. Drive around Daytona oval track with different cars, try holding the wheel with only one hand. I'll also tell you to try something different instead of holding the wheel with a "death grip" (do you drive in real life) if so hold the wheel like it's part of your body. I think one reason its shaking so bad might be that your fighting the wheel instead of using it. What type of controller did you use before getting your G27. Hope you can understand what I'm saying and it helps you.Bugatti Veyron 09
Do you have active steering enabled in GT5? If so, it is better to disable it if you want it to "shake" less.
If you hold it with some tension then it will not be a problem. You will get used to also the feeling you get from it in time.
Hes not using any FFB. Not sure if its off in game or just unplugged but its not on. Frankly if your gonna drive without FFB there are much cheaper wheels that dont have FFB. I pesonally like the FFb,but to each there own.

Mr Evilthanks bro .. it is help me alote ... before g27 im using ds3
the big problem with g27 is the dead zone is very big![]()
My apologies. What I was thinking was FFB in the XMB is actually the Controller Vibration Function under Settings>>Accessory Settings. I have no idea if turning it off will affect the G27's FFB. Probably not.
My main account game is currently under a 24 hour race save so I can't check my wheel settings under the GT5 Options menu. I know my sensitivity is set at 7 and that can be changed from the race start menu under the Options button. Same place you would set the driving aids. If you're still interested, I'll check all the settings when I get done with this 24 hour race, which won't be until this weekend. I have never noticed much of a dead zone with my G27.
Not sure what you changed with your wheel to make the shake go away but that last video you posted looks fairly normal to me.
Yup, but usually only when going over bumps or huge amounts of countersteer.
When the car's rear starts to slide out and you "counter steer" to keep from spinning out.
Watch the movie Cars. When the old car tells the young race car to "turn right to go left" you'll see what I mean.
Hello , recently i bought a G27 Wheel , and i dont know if that clunky noise is ok or not.
Its the FFB making that clunky noise or its something else , its a problem with G27!!? Sorry for my bad english , but its not my native language. I play only GT5 , for that moment.
