As Qber said, Facebook offered the Chromeline XJ13 if you finish I think 3 races? Unfortunately, it closed at its designated time, and has been for many months. And I don't think any other side offers any DLC cars.. Your only solution is to buy/trade for a promo code that will unlock whatever DLC you want.
