Is this a good drift?

For the angle it was nice. It had good balance between angle and speed, evidence of the line you took. It would be a realistic race drift on one hand, but in drifting it would probly be judged as lackluster.

First of all, i don't think that was a drift. it looked more like a powerslide to me.

second of all, i think these kind of videos can be posted either here or in the vids forum because here, you can get discussion.

No, it was a drift, you don't powerslide going into a turn.

Shocking view.. we can't really tell you much with a view like that..

Countersteer:- I have no idea... all i know is you snap oversteer at the exit from jerking your countersteer back to normal. Which made it look scrappy.
Line:-.. Yeah good line i suppose.
Speed:- Good speed, you made it through the corner/corners
General:- I have no idea... ill say it was GOOD

I can see why he feels it's more of a powerslide than a drift. There's no real rotation in the car, it just goes to an immediate angle, and then you get snap-back at the exit into understeer.

I think that was a feint drift

It would have been, if he wouldn't have hit the wall first...

The exit is the real problem... You should have stayed on the throttle a bit longer, and dialed out some countersteer (not letting it go back to center) to help keep you in the drift...
