It's better to save up and go for a Driving force GT. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GT_Force#GT_Force_Pro_.28LPRC-11500.29 here's some comparison between popular wheels but as you can see the cheaper wheels have most been discontinued and getting one used isn't wise.
