Is this cheat?

[fredizy]

When I bought my GT5 game I also receive a promotion code giving me the McLaren F1 Stealth model. Am I "cheating" when I use the car in the GT mode?

No it's yours for pre-ordering, you got it legit and you can use it however you please.

Don't ruin the fun of the game for yourself though, even though you can technically use it to smoke past a field of hatchbacks it's much better to earn things the hard way

Yep more fun using other cars but that car has its uses in later races and in B-Spec mode.
