I want to get some of my photos to my computer, but don't have a USB flash drive. Is there another way?

im sure there might be, you could prob do the media server connection for a laptop or wireless desktop to your ps3 but honestly its easier to just go get a usb since there so cheap?

If you're taking about GT
Post them online from your ps3
Then login on your computer to your remote login and copy the pics from there

Do you have an Ipod? I believe the ones that display photos will be able to transfer pictures.;)

This is what I do sometimes using the web browser and uploading to flickr. The only problem I have with it is that you can only upload 6 pictures at a time....

I know, it is the easy way, and its "cheap", but two kids and a wife is where my money goes. It might be hard to convince my wife a need a flash drive when I might be able to do it for "free" :)

I use gmail, I think it works pretty good with PS3. And you can send as many pictures as you want in one mail.

I've always just sent them to my email on the PS3, then opened the message on my computer.

The gran-turismo.com site is still "under maintenace" for me:grumpy: How do you e-mail from your ps3? (old fart here:guilty:)

Use the US site on http://us.gran-turismo.com/us/
Any one whos PSN region has been reactivated can log in.

Or you can...
Get a facebook/Google account ( fake your details on it. if your worried )
Export pictures to XMB
Use facebook/google uploader on Photo gallery app.
Download to computer from site

No memory card needed.
GT will delete photos if you stop sharing them and they limit the number allowed to be uploaded.

Just go to the "Internet Browser" option, press start and type in whatever email service you use, e.g. gmail.com. (If you don't already have an account, make one real quick on your computer.) Sign in and compose mail, make yourself the receiver, and just attach as many photo files you want.

Might not be the fastest way, but it's always worked for me.

Thanks everyone. I've got a lot of things to try when I get back to my ps3. Again thank you everyone for your help :)

Just wanted to say that sharing the pictures and downloading from GT site will result in quality loss...

You might be able to put pictures from your PS3 onto a Blank DVD then onto your computer (I was able to do that with music!)
