I called my Gamestop a little bit ago, they said they'd have it around 6PM. They're sending a driver to Houston to pick up the box and bring it back rather than waiting for standard delivery.. he said the plane lands at around 3:00, and it's about 2-2.5hr drive from there, depending on traffic. So I'm thinking sometime between 6:00-7:00 I can finally quench my ultimate thirst.

What a beautiful beautiful day! Sunny, 78 degrees and Gamestop had my game! I rolled the ZX7R out of the garage and rode up to N Atlanta as fast as traffic would allow and got my sticky fingers on GT4. Yeah buddy!

Which one did you go to? I live in North Atlanta.

Ive never played with my teeth or a steering wheel, but i remember playing with my feet. My big toe would hold down X for a good 45 minutes or so, endurance race around the super speedway with the Suzuki Escudo PPV, stage 4 turbo. Easy money.

Back on topic, todays the release date and Im picking my copy up very very soon

Just got mine at the EBgames in the Oaks Mall, Gainesville, FL. I'm pumped. What sucks is now I have to go to a 2 hour class, the 2nd hour of which being a test!

Starting to feel like the only one to not get the game today. *sob* Ah well, if the PAL features are there, I can take some consolation.

I won't get the game till probably this weekend if I am lucky. I have to buy a new freaking PS2 because mine decided to break (four years of hard gaming). I have no money also. Time to start selling stuff.

I'm a GT4 noob. I played the original back in the day on PSone. While I like this game? I wan't to drive the GNX so bad, but I'm not sure it it will be worth it. I figured to enjoy this game the most, I'd have to get that $150 wheel. The problem is I'm not a big fan of racing games. I guess I'm just concered if it's worth dropping $200 on this game. Should I stick it out with a controller first to see if I shoudl upgrade to the wheel later? Thanks.

Stick with a Controller.The wheel is not for everybody.After awhile they will have it set up at Stores where you can try it with the Game.
