I just got off the phone with a guy from the Gamestop I pre-ordered from. He told me:

The game is suppose to be coming out on the 24th. You'll be getting a call when we get it.

If anyone in the greater Louisville area is looking, EB Games on Grantline RD. New Albany IN (next to the big Wal-Mart) says they will recieve 100 copies tomorrow afternoon. Not all are presold, but presells get theirs first. I pre-ordered mine there today...

I called the Sandusky Wal-Mart at 419-627-8778 at 9:44 and asked the electronics guy if they'd received gt4 in there shipment today. He left for a bit and came back and said they hadn't, and that it didn't look like they'd get it until the 3rd. Just FYI. You may want to call back.

Got my call this afternoon from Gamestop that my copy of GT4 will be available tomorrow evening. Called them back and talked to a human being who told me that it would be available "around 12"

i just got the call too, it said tuesday evening. i called and talked them too. they told me between 6-8pm that night. he was telling me its going to arrive at the main facility in california at 5 and be at the store and hour or 2 after that. this is the store in fullerton, california.

By the way, the last time I called I was told the 24th (which I know is wrong), and then he told me that I'd get a phone call before it arrives. Contradicting what I was told when I pre-ordered (where a guy told me Wednesday between 12pm-3pm).

Also, I'm going to stop by the store after school tomorrow (around 11:30a-12:00p) and find out exactly what is going on.

Yes, this is a Wal-Mart SuperCenter. Open 24hours but their photo dept closes after 10pm. The guy says the overnight guys will stock it and I should be able to get one in the Morning. I pass by it on my way to work so I'll stop in the morning and see whats up. Got fingers crossed for this one.

Meh, Super Wal-Marts are known for their "midnight releases"... I'd ask to speak to a manager and push for at least for yourself, a "midnight release. They can put one GT4 copy under the cashiers desk at the video department area and sell it to you around midnight.

Gonna call the Wal-mart here in about an hour to see if they have GT4 in.

I was really anxious to get GT4 but now I have other things I am looking forward to.

My friend who owns a store right in front of our business told me a few days ago that he wanted to get a Viper. After a bit of searching, I found him a 97 Viper GTS that has very minor front frame damage with zero body damage, 22k miles. Got tons of pics and is exactly as described from owner. Gonna wire money tomorrow and pick it up on Thursday.

I am going to do all the work and, like his other cars, get to drive it whenever he is working at the store and on occasional weekends!! woohoo

I have loved driving the car in GT3 and will finally get to drive the real thing. Can't wait to get that thing back to my shop and start pulling the motor.

Probably gonna play around a bit with GT4 tomorrow but I am too stoked about the Viper right now to even care.
