I was really anxious to get GT4 but now I have other things I am looking forward to.

My friend who owns a store right in front of our business told me a few days ago that he wanted to get a Viper. After a bit of searching, I found him a 97 Viper GTS that has very minor front frame damage with zero body damage, 22k miles. Got tons of pics and is exactly as described from owner. Gonna wire money tomorrow and pick it up on Thursday.

I am going to do all the work and, like his other cars, get to drive it whenever he is working at the store and on occasional weekends!! woohoo

I have loved driving the car in GT3 and will finally get to drive the real thing. Can't wait to get that thing back to my shop and start pulling the motor.

Probably gonna play around a bit with GT4 tomorrow but I am too stoked about the Viper right now to even care.

I know you're excited about it now, but I've driven a Viper on more than one occasion and its really no big deal. The wow factor is neat for the first few hours or so but the ride quality really takes all the fun out of the car, its very cramped inside and rides like a go-kart. I certainly wouldn't buy one, I bought a 2003 Z06 instead. Not only is is MUCH more comfortable, but its just as quick as all but the 2003-up Vipers. I've also driven an NSX on more than one occasion also, while the car feels great to drive, its slow and **** compared to cars today. The new 2006 Z06 is going to be King of all domestic sports cars later this year.

I just want to get my grimmly little hands on GT4 by tomorrow. Tomorrow beginning at midnight tonight, there are 3 super wal-marts in my area and I am gonna call them pretty soon

Man there are 2 Super Wal-Marts here and I went to 1 of the ones closer to my house first and the lady was clue Less. I said Do you know if Gran Turismo 4 is coming out tomorrow? SHe's like Whats that...... THen I pointed to the Display they had, You see that game, She puts her glasses on and reads, Oh "GRAN TURBO" . I'm like You don't have it.. and left

Then I went to the other one closer to my job and the guy at the counter was pretty young, with a playstation necklace around his neck. I told him man whats the News on GT4. He said we have 2 boxes in the stockroom but we are not allowed to pre Release until the day of the release. So we'll see tomorrow morning if this is BS or what.

Ahhh... Was kinda wishing you had gotten the guide somehow and could tell me which store you got it at. Oh well no worries, hopefully wolly-world will pull through for me tonight. If not there is always BB in the morning as well as 2 EB's and a game ware... I gotta have it by tomorrow

Heck in an hour the Meijers down the road is open 24 hours year round. So I am going in an hour to grab a copy, if it's due out on the 22nd then they would stock 15 minutes early. I'm sure there will be a few of us there in high hopes.

I picked it up at a game store outside Plano. The new guy there, I'm guessing, let me have it 1 day earlier after offering $75 for it.

Well, I'm picking mine up from Software, Etc. tomorrow. They're busting open the box at 3:30pm. And I'm suspecting a line. But alas, I have decently strong arms and good strong legs for kicking. I preordered, so I'm only paying $45 - the 30% discount for bringing in 3 games.
