Its that time of year again....

If your eyes have started to water or your nose is doing funny things, you already know that the allergy season is upon us. Right now, my nose is clogged up and my eyes are burning red. Anyone else have severe allergies?

We still have snow on the ground. Winter storm warnings yesterday for the state of Montana. I would love it if allergy season was here....

I have allergies, as in I test into the top 98% of allergy sufferers, and I live in Kentucky, known for pollen, animals, molds, fungi, etc. If it makes allergies go insane we have it. I know people that have moved to Kentucky and only discover then that they have seasonal allergies.

Fortunately, I also have a good allergist. I take two allergy shots (one in each arm) a week, use Nasacort CQ nasal spray every 12 hours, and take one Zyrtec a day. Unless I forget one of the ingredients in my cocktail I rarely have more than a sniffle.

I also have a large HEPA air filtration unit running in my house 24/7.
