Jaguar XJR-9 Premium Gives a Paint Chip?

The paint chip name on the Mark IV is "Mark IV Red" but the car itself is not paintable, the XJ13 IS paintable, but you do not get a "nameless" chip for it.

Racing modified cars with racing number or stripe are not paintable as it can paint over(or overlap) the color of patterns on the car I guess?

All RM (using GT Auto to make RM) cars are paintable despite having racing numbers and other decorations. All decorations are preserved after painting.

Maybe a list of these nameless paintchips and where they are from should be compiled

This seems to be the only chip with no name, I have just under 2000 chips.
I was going through my paints last night and also noticed this. Ergo, not a glitch. Just weird, If you sort your paints by All then Name, It's right at the top. (assuming you got the premium Jag)
