" I would like to take this time to apologize for my client's outburst, and I can assure you that, Mr.Rob23 is in perfect health,mentally,and physically,and his doctor reassures all the drivers in the JGTC,that going into next week's race at Midfield, he is not a threat,and there should be no concern about driving with him on that track"

HEY! I finished higher in my class than hOt did in his!!!!!! :dopey:

Its ok, Im alright......gotta go before that reporter gets here.........

Ohio, Ohio. The WRS and JGTC member formerly known as Rob23 was found collapsed in his apartment. The complex, situated somewhere in the often overlooked state of Ohio, is located near Mid-Ohio racetrack where Rob23 would often race his car, much to the chagrin of his neighbors.

Living with his mother, Rob23 was always reminded to take his medication. However, one late Sunday night, mother was attending a special bingo event. Left to depression after hearing of his hero's fateful death, Rob23 OD'ed on no less than 16 prescription drugs. Strangely enough, these included Viagra, Zoloft, Viatrex, Vialoft, Zoagra, and some erectile dysfunction chewable tablets.

He is currently in CFM (Center For Members) Hospital recovering from having his stomach, spleen, liver, appendix, and left kidney pumped out.

I could go on and on...

Ahhh! I would've taken 3rd place in GT500 with a 54'20.715, but again, I'm a backup. :( Though it's ALL GOOD because our teammate Kenny took that home. :D

Good work Kenny and Peyton! :cheers:

and damn! That is some gap between 1st & 2nd in GT500!

Nice one kennythebomb...LOL

Thanks for that!!
:lol:
But seriously man, Viagra? LOL

Anyway, congrats to everyone for the awesome finishes,and podiums.

See ya at Midfield.....with meds in hand....

Ohio; More details have come to light regarding the apparent suicide attempt of Rob23. Acquaintances say that Rob23 was in no way suicidal at that time. In fact, according to a reliable source, Rob23 was supposed to be on his way to a party celebrating the release of the JGTC Rd 1 Race Results. When he didn't appear, concern from his fellow JGTC drivers led to the discovery at his apartment.

"Rob23 never misses a party.", a friend spoke on condition of anonymity, "He was always the life of the party. He could go on and on for hours. Of course, now we find out that there was more drugs in his system than in some entire third world countries."

Doh ive got it
Yokohama
Bridgestone
Michelin

I would really like to know what compounds everyone was using.

Im really still at a loss as to my performance. Its not in my nature to blame the equipment so Ill blame the driver. If MR8 hasto sub for me in week 2 it will be interesting to see what MR8 can do with it. Honestely i felt as I was getting 101% out of the car. And I thought my line around the track was good.

I want to congratulate at all participants in this race, I invite next round :cheers:

Congrats to the podium finishers 👍 and especially at my mate Dion 👍 👍

We will see how manage the fat cars next round :crazy:

Dam...and I was the cause of all of this...sorry:nervous:

Congrats to all the podium finishers :cheers: I don't think my post-race press conference make an impression on anyone :( Nice result for my team, and Kolyana I wouldn't worry about the hotboi fuel incident, he's fast enough to make up for it in the coming rounds 👍

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to catch a plane to Midfield. See ya all there! :)

Damn, I envy you people with either an hour/3hrs behind us or 9 hours ahead. I'm having trouble "LOL'ing" at 3:30am EST...:lol:

Your press conference was great. It, along with writeups from Koly and Kenny (they are a duo now) inspired me to add my share.

The Amemiya was the best overall car in GT300, congrats to us! :D

Congrats everbody 👍.

Well done Barbol on your win :cheers: 👍.

I only ran the race once, it seems my lap times were too slow!. I was running medium tires pitting every 6 laps. 6,12,18,24 putting in 12units of fuel in the last stop to make it 21 units.

What was your pit strategy veil?, I'm looking forward to next race.

Hotboi if your last lap was at race pace what do you think your final time would of been?

Congrats again guys 👍

Okay, about the pit strategies. It looked something like this (tell me if you think I am crazy)

mathematically it looks something like this:

P (pit stop) = 30 secs

R4=lap of 1'46.xxx and last 5 laps
R3=lap of 1'48.xxx and last 7 laps
R2=lap of 1'51.xxx and last 10 laps.

R4 = (30 x R4)+(5 x P) = 55'30

R3 = (30 x R3)+(4 x P) = 56'00

R3/R4 = [(10 x R4)+(20 x R3)]+(4 x P) = 55'40

R2 = (30 x R2)+(2 x P) = 56'30

Obviously with the human element involved it wasn't exact. I felt R4 offered more grip and warmed up faster, which was worth the extra pit stop.

The Board(s) look great viper 👍

Thanks!

That was my strategy, too.

I could go on and on...

Does this mean I need to find a back up driver?

LOL

Pit strategy for this race,
I started on MED, then I finished up on Hard(tires)

Pitting Resume :

I began with RH/RM - pit in lap 12 (last lap very in red tires)
RM/RS - pit in lap 21 (last lap very very in red tires)
RM/RS (last lap you know how ;) )

I really dont want to sound like a sore loser but I am still trying to figure out why I was soo much slower. I ran h/m it was a 3 stop race for me and in the final stint i ran m/s.

Could my tire choice caused me to lose that much time?

maybe this just wasnot a good combo for me?

maybe the car is not as competative as the others?

any help would be appreciated

I started in RM/RM, pit every 6 laps. No fuel until the 3rd stop, and ran the final 5/6 laps on RS/RS.

I averaged around 1'44 per lap, Then dropped to 1'42 - 1'43 for the last 4 laps. Then I spun on the rumble strip at the final chicane with orange front tires. You bastard.
