Id say ,make a new thread for the Overall/current season standings, but put the race reasults in this thread, (the thread that the race info is in).

Chicago, IL. Kenny Schabow, your Chicago correspondent for LosingTV, is shocked to report that a woman of english descent has walked into The Pink PU$$Y Club, stabbing top racer Curtis (hot604boi) repeatedly. This grim scene hearkens back to the familiar Chicago mobster scene of the 1920s. Except the grisly culprit is a young woman in dire need of some tea.

Says Jerome, a bystander at the club, "Man I was getting some action from this hot girl named 'Trixie' and all of a sudden this dame walks in with a knife man and like stabs my good friend in the f'in eyeball! After I finished with my girl I headed over to Curtis and he was like holding his eyes screaming "I'm sorry I ran out of gas!" to which the girl said "You just ran out of time!" and she like stabbed him in the heart! oh man good thing I had 'Trixie' there to calm me down upstairs...."

The Pink PU$$Y Club, frequented by WRS and JGTC racers alike, has been shut down for tonight due to investigation to its lack of exits. The panic caused by the stabbings nearly caused a stampede.

As you can see this harrowing murder story has brought the entire racing community on its knees. On their knees thanking the Lord that they now have a chance to win.
 
Kenny, I am so laughing my ass off right now ... oh god, the tears .... jesus, damn, someone needs to save these stories for JGTC history ... what drama for our first race!
 
In a follow up story the Entire JGTC community is waiting for the results to be posted up!

remember when I said I would prefer to race only once so that I could take advantage of another's mistake. Vindication!

sorry Hotboi, that sucks. You should have at least finished the last lap and recorded a time.
 
haha after the first corner, it was limiting me at 80km/h

i had a 1'54 second lead on the 2nd place driver
and by the final corner he took over 1st

you kno how horrible it was to go down the long straights doing 80km/h!?!?!?!!?!??!!

I was just trying to start conversation,this place just got dead all of a sudden , for like half an hour, and I know everybody is sitting here waiting for the results.

I'd like to congratulate everyone on Round 1, the ones who got a podium finish and also the ones who didn't. I was sure I could sneak up on the podium this time but looks like I'll have to settle with a 4th place. Still pretty happy with the results.

my teammate and I both finished 7th in our respective divisions. Interesting. Now let's talk pit strategies GT500 drivers. How did your pits map out?

Congrats to everyone on this race ... great season opener and a real taste of what it's like to run for more than 1 hotlap! I really enjoyed this.

A special nod to Veilsidebr for taking his pole to a win!

Oh, and if anyone is interested (I'd sure like to know others), but I pitted on laps 11 and 22, running Hards, Hards and then Mediums for the last 8 laps. It seemed to work out okay.

im just a bit amazed about how much I sucked.
