kaido batter canceled?

i was on the internet looking for kaido battle times cause i knew it was coming out around this time and i saw "Kaido Battle (Cancelled)" what is the deal?!?! someone fill me in, i was really looking forward to that game!

Here's what happened. Sammy Studios was going to release it in the U.S. Then TXR3 came out at a low price. Sammy figured it could not make money, and dropped the title. If you want, you can call Genki Japan, and try to publish the title in the U.S.

hmm. well i also heard this rumor...with the extreme popularity of kaido battle 2 chain reaction, it is thought that genki could possible release it into the U.S. under "kaido battle: chain reaction" i read it on gamespot or onr of those other game rumor websites

lol pwned. and yea, i dont think it wasn't competing against txr, from what i heard, sammy got scared of gt4, coz its release date was about a few months after kaido battle's release date. (at that time gt4's release date was around march or sumthin i dunno...l) but i do hope the release chain reaction here including the online play, that'd be so tight.

if you guys wanna play it that badly, you can always order the flip-top cover and swap discs for your PS2, then download the game on bittorrent and burn it onto a dvd-r. that's how i have the original japanese kaido battle 2...and gt4 prologue...;]

YES!! When are these people going to realise they are actually getting raped by walmart? Walmart had the HDD for playstation for 88 dollars...did I get it from there? Of course not, I spent the extra 11 dollars at a much more classy joint by the name of Meijer. Walmart screws thier workers and has started the process of screwing thier customers, hard.
