Not much uglier than the rest of all those look-alike cars...

To me the main difference is the bottom part of the nose and the body seems a bit less sleek than the original.

Rear end, most of the front and the general design very similar. 6/10 for both.

Well, yeah agreed. The Paganis were never a very pleasent sight, in my opinion. Looks like poo, goes like stink.

Anyways, next to each other, I'd picke a Zonda. Looks a lot less ugly

It looks a lot like a Zonda with some Alfa-Romeo influence on it. And to me, that's incredibly ugly
