Keep Disconnecting from the Server

This has been happening for a couple days now. Everytime I try to join a room, everything starts to lag out and I eventually dc, even though my signal strength is at 100%.

What should I do?

I had something like that happen recently. I had the cable company send a refresh signal to my modem and it cleared up.

It's been happening to me since GT5. Whenever I'm in a bandwidth-heavy room(more than six or seven people, lots of mics, etc.), I'm pretty likely to get kicked out. That's why I can't join any GTP racing series.

I've always just blamed my crappy AT&T internet.
