And Canada is alway getting sh***y MPH from USA version of the game.

Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, Argentina, Paraguay, Bolivia, Uruguay, ok the WHOLE american continent.

facts is only British and americans (and british colonies?) use MPH, PD doesn't seem to accept the fact that there's more to America than the US. if they do it for the europeans, why don't they do it for the american version???
here is my guess:

PD doesn't want to "confuse" americans by having the KM/H option because americans (as ethnic as it sounds) always want only their way, or the highway.

(like for instance, americans are the only people that are bothered by subtitles in movies, and would rather watch a crappy dubbed movie than a subtitled one with the 100000000000x better original voice acting. again, this is in general, not saying ALL americans are bothered by it. but most are.)

So, i just wish PD leaves the Km/H option, even if it's hidden from americans with a secret code or something so they don't get confused. ^_^

then again, only american cars have both KMH and MPH on their dashboards, all other cars have just the KM/h.. i wonder why that is... oh, because it's the WORLD standard, i still can't understand why the british try to be "original" with silly things to be "set appart" from the rest of the world... like for instance, driving on the left side of the road... having different systems just complicates evrything for no good reason...

Japan has the steering wheel on the right side of the car right? but from what i understand, they drive on the RIGHT side of the road.
As far as I know they do have the steering wheel on the right and therefor drive on the left side of the road.

Hmm are you sure? This would make overtaking very difficult.

indeed. the miles/foot system is wierd.. just like driving on the right hand side of the road (having the steering wheel on the left side of the car).. :P

as if i'm going to shift with my right hand!

all these little things should be uniform throughout the world.

that includes u, NTSC AND PAL!

lol, but the steering wheel on the right is more weird sometimes. u drive right footed (mainly) and left handed....

oh and i wonder where u get all the lumber for ur houses? where does all the molson come from? most of the ppl that drinks molson hates canadians, but they don't know they are drinkin canadian beer. good job saint, pointed these things out.

The GT4 demo really had this option, but GT4 doesn't as far as I know.
