Considering I've done 9.004 with a 0 mile Aventador...

These "best tuners" you're speaking of are slower than me, because by my math that's 0.113 faster. :p
 
Haha it's a new car, every tune is different so for all we know that 8.8X or whatever might just be true?

Exactly. Just because you've not done it, doesn't mean it isn't possible.

In fact, I remember a time when 8.1x was "impossible" for the RX-7 in GT4. I wound up getting an 8.092 I believe it was.
 
8.9xx.. All i remember is it a THOUSANTH of a second slower with my old tune, will do a new one tommaro
 
cant be bothered youtubing it, 8.976, 911hp (got bored of running in). still got beat by a gtr 12 by almost a car and a half (unsure if tree but couldnt catch him down - TypeR_Vtec is his name)

Are you really going to make an exact measurement... damn, people take stuff way too far. That is unnecessary... OMG I said .2 and not .113. ohhh noes!!!!!!

Let me just be the one to say where are the pics.
 
the runs DO fluctuate too.. after numerous tests with 911hp i was doing consistent 8.945s then id hit 8.93, same tune next run id get 8.945.. run in auto too, sometimes it goes the other way randomly too :/
 
the aventador beats the gtr12 by a bumper, both max tuned by master tuners, this lambo it my new favorite war machine, the ultimate gtr killer.

everybody knows that in gt5 drag racing scene, the lambo's have battles against the gtr's, like, the gallardo vs r34 (P), the murcielago SV vs the gtr 09 and now the aventador vs the gtr 12. all of this lambos have the potential to analiate the gtrs in the 1/4 but they lack of transmission quality, until now, that aventador transmission yes it lack quality too but it has 7 gears making it able to have a better quality transmission tune than the gtr 12.

I hope you guys like my review about it.

this are average times of 20 runs on the test.

i do have to say that the timing system on the test it's not accurate, so some times i get 8.893 on the aventador but not always, so the system it's glitch and some times gives you grip some time don't, that's why i sum up average times.:)

again, the times i posted are average times, my fastest time in gtr12 it's an 8.906 but i refuse to trust it cause it's inconsistency. I don't know what it causes the issue but i assume its cause the amount on data that the game has so far, i have 1100+ cars, 2100+ paints, 500+ helmets and suits, about 400 museum cards, 100+ horns and the biggest data its on the 450+ drag racing tuned cars. i refuse to get rid of all of this in order to get better times so PD better fix this issue soon.
 
I know what you mean, it's not exactly trustworthy yet which is really disappointing.. Hopefully PD will fix this as I bought the map to do timings :/. It'd be better if you could warm tires before the run too. I know the feeling, I'd rather say averages than have to create a new profile / delete or sell cars to make this more accurate.
 
I still haven't seen any inconsistency whatsoever between runs in any vehicle running automatic so long as nothing was actually changed.
 
For me it's about 1 in 10 I get a fluke good run or a fluke bad run (on auto)

I probably will too when I break mine in swara.. I'm hitting 8.952 with 0 milage
 
I still don't believe the Aventador is a'12 GTR killer. I've yet to see an Aventador run in the 8.8xx while a lot of GTR's have.
But the Aventador is by far the cooler looking car, and much funner to drive and tune.

And anyone know why times while using automatic are so inconsistent?
