I bought it from the OCD simply because I've never seen it before. So I assume it's quite rare.

Don't plan to use it though, will probably do the seasonal with Tom's Supra

Somewhat understeerish, until you floor the pedal. You'll have to be really careful applying the throttle during steering (wheels spinning can happen in 4th gear, using hard tyres), but it's manageable.

I've never seen it before either, which is why I'm questioning whether it's worth that much.

Doesn't sound too bad.

You could back up your save and put it on your computer, then just keep going and decide if you want it later. I've got a few nice used car line ups saved to my hard drive for later use.

Used it for the new seasonal #4. Threw racing softs on and changed the oil. probably coulda won it one handed. You make your money back, and in a week it will be rare again.

What does the Nomad handle like?
Acceleration?

Understeer or oversteer?
Also, how bad?

The car is neutral like many other MR cars.
Too much gas in the lower gears might want to make it step out a little.
That's understandable since it has more than 600 HP.
I'd speculate that if you drive this car with aids on, it'd prevent the sideways motion and make it feel like it doesn't handle well.
Throttle modulation isn't bad at all though.

The acceleration depends on the transmission adjustment I guess.
You can see for yourself that it has a decent power to weight ratio.

Ive had one for a while. One of the better handling cars in the game. As said very neutral, if anything very slight understeer but tweaking the toe angle sorted that.

Acceleration is good, top speed ok.

Id but it, a very nice drive. Shame the livery is awful (blocky).

Have the car in my GT4 garage and also my GT5 garage. To me it's a novelty and only a so-so car. Definitely many more more cars that are faster and more fun to drive. It also seems to have made the transition from GT4 with very little updating graphically ... one of the most blurry and pixelated cars in the garage. I used the car in photo mode and took several pictures. Then had to delete them as they didn't come close to the higher resolution and crisp lines of the newer cars.

I've been waiting for the NOMAD Diablo to appear and I bought it as soon as I saw it in the OCD. Right after I bought it, it appeared in my UCL. Go figure.

You're either thinking of another car, or you're full of...you know...it. This car wasn't in GT4.

Hang on... 600 hp? It's supposed to be restricted to 500-odd for JGTC, according to the description. Yet another reason why we need intake restrictors as part of the tuning options.

It appeared in my UCD, the day before it did in the online dealership... This keeps happening to me (M3 GTR Racer, the box-liner etc.) :odd:

I really wanted one to finish off my Lambo collection, it showed up in my UCL but I was 2 levels too low, so when I saw it in the online dealer I snapped it up. It kills the seasonal event, overkill really. It flies around High Speed Ring, I was pushing for a sub 1 minute lap, but I never managed it, managed a 1:01.0xx I think. It seems to suit my style of driving.

Stay tuned Mr. Know it All ... I'll be posting a picture soon. Don't call people names just because you are uninformed 👎

Lol, same here. On a side note, I'm not disappointed with this car one bit. It handled incredibly well during the seasonal event. One of the best cars I've raced around the high speed ring so far.

Correct, it wasn't in GT4 but the NOMAD was in GT3. I know because I had one.

You are correct sir ..... I was mistaken .... it was GT3 and not GT4. I knew that I had the car in another previous GT but due to the rather large time lapse had simply forgotten the specific version. However, telling someone that they are full of you know what simply due to a natural memory lapse is the kind of reaction and behavior that caused me to quit coming to this site some time ago. Having made the mistake of returning here and subjecting myself to such juvenile ridicule I can assure you that you will never have to endure another post by such a senile old coot 👎

Goodbye GTP :)

They were correct though..... so good riddance kinda comes to mind?

The car has was in 3. It was their on the disc, but you have to hack the PS2 I think to get to it. For some reason, they made the car, btu couldn't put it in the game officially due to no license. As for the car it self, I bought it and tuned it to like 860 HP. It is fast, but it doesn't handle as well as the other Super GT cars and over all its a ok race car, not great, but not bad either.

Yeah I think you could use it in the Japanese version but needed gameshark or something similar to get to it everywhere else

Bit harsh on the guy above though, "good riddance" because he made a simple mistake? Sheesh
