Latest Blackwood Track looks stunning!

Has anyone else d,loaded the latest version? It looks absolutely great, loads of detail etc,etc. Fantastic effort by the Modder. Well done!

Pop over to RaceDepartment, have a look, download it from there, you will need Winrar 5.21 to unzip it as 7Zip doesn't seem to work! It's as good as any official track, if not better in some ways.

I had actually tried this track myself last night after hearing good things about it, and I was previously impressed by the latest Donington for a mod track, so Blackwood was intriguing to say the least.

Now I can add Blackwood to that 'bunch' as well, if-not the standard for mod-tracks, the details on & off the track put the GT 'Original' tracks to shame.

(I haven't tried new-Midfield, so calm yo' comments, but I doubt Midfield could be better - held-back on PS3 and all)

I'm planning to go run some more laps in the P1 shortly, after this EmptyBox GSCE-vid finishes

I've been having a few AI races there with the Mazda 787B, roughly ten or twelve per field, it's a tight track for this great car but really good fun. Love it. Also, give the Hilltop track a go, love racing the C9 there, you may need up the brightness as to me it's a wee bit dark, otherwise another great mod.

Tried again to download the RS500 & although it appears in the game, it will not load to race... real shame

Hi Hodge, I ended up deleting the RS500, still not compatible. There is a fix but involves deleting data, can't be arsed! Give Hilltop a go as well, you will need to google it, don't think it is in Ra cedepartment, race a few C9's around there, madness!

Yeah will delete & await a complete version. Hill Top will be next download & see how I get on. Lake Louise with the E30 DTM M3 I found to be just awesome but me & my mate are going to write up some pace notes so I can go maximum attack. People say life starts at 40... well I am 40 & life is pretty damn good now I have invested in AC.

That really is a gorgeous track...The creator really did a fantastic job with the small details: wires, electrical towers, poles, signs, buildings, etc...Those things really make the overall experience tremendously better.
