The GTO's fun but not easy to drive. Then again I tuned it up to 700pp to match the three Ferrari races. Easy wins there, so will probably tune it down a bit for a more enjoyable ride...

There’s no reason not to buy the Ferrari GTO. Awesome looks, fantastic sound, solid handling and gear ratios that make turbo-lag a joyful experience in its own right. I feel like this car often gets written off as nothing more than another 308, but the GTO is more like a slightly less insane F40.

There are so many comments preoccupied with the usefulness of cars in relation to events and so on. That’s fine, but sometimes you just need a car because it’s simply sublime as it is.

Precisely.

That's exactly what it is. I posted earlier, elsewhere, that I didn't want to admit that the GTO was a more enjoyable driving experience than the F40, but it really is. The lower power, just makes for a much better handling F40 IMO.

I may have been hasty, I took the F40 put for a spin and I prefer it (thankfully!) but I still maintain that the GTO is like a lesser powered F40.

It's brilliant to keep on boost and to perform controlled power slides with through sweeping corners. Borderline drifting the nose around the apex while the back powers around. Fun car.

They are taking their sweet time with the Miura, i missed it the first time. it was supposed to come back in august.

isn’t it still August? I zone out sometimes but don’t think I’d miss that much time.

All over 5M and using the log, within the week (unless I’m reading it horribly wrong):

CLK
DB3
Touring Berlinetta
300 SL
250 GTO
F1 Race Car
It will probably take a bit more than a week to get to the 250 GTO. But I have accepted I will not buy all big ticket cars in one cycle, the grind is simply excessive. I am now on my last cycle, just need the Alfa, GTO, Merc and Daytona. 73 million credits needed, I have 24 in the bank now. And it is still quite a grind.

Once I grab the Miura and DB3S, I'll 'only' have the F1 roadcar, 917K and Alfa Romeo 8C 2900B left to buy.
And the Judge and the McLaren MP4/4 (or whatever they call it if it ends up in the Gran Turismo "house" brand due to F1 licensing issues). I'd expect the Judge to come in between 100,000 Cr. and 200,000 Cr., and the F1 to come in somewhere north of 10,000,000 Cr. if it remains a McLaren, or 3,000,000 Cr. if it's a "Gran Turismo" (yes, I know the F1500T-A is "only" 1,000,000 Cr., but the two high-end Red Bull cars are both 3,000,000 Cr.).

Yeah, I didn't include them because we'll have at least 2 weeks to cough up the credits. I mentioned in another thread that I hope it's a GT version and not the actual McLaren for cost reasons and also for future portability.

Also don't forget, prices are going up again with this update.
They went up a shade over 10,000,000 Cr. after the May "adjustments". I'm expecting a larger increase this time around.

I'm looking at this list:

The next six or so aren't bad grinds. I don't consider the CLK too bad and I already have it anyway.

After picking up the 917K, I'm done collecting the really high ticket items. I have all the classic Le Mans cars from the 60s/70s, the ones from the 80s and beyone (the three or four class C cars) and two of the three McLarens. Don't want or need the granny cars... Miura is the only one left I really want and I'll start picking up any of the cheaper ones I don't have..

CLK-LM is probably the most useful and fun to drive high dollar legend car there is not to mention it actually is good in some Gr2 sport mode races as well.

Its a joy to use at Sardegna even if its not as fastest as the GR010(no pit)

Well that would explain my error then. I have always looked at the ‘Legend Cars Log’ linked in the OP. Why is that even there?

I have the CLK myself, but none of the rest I listed. Pretty sure I can swing it all, except for the Alfa. Pretty much the high-ticket ones are all I have left and the ones I am currently focused on. After that, all I have to worry about is Brand Central.

did i read somewhere that its possible to predict when some legend cars will reappear ? - if so anyone know when these 2 will be back to buy ?

Mercedes 300 SEL 6.8 AMG - 1971

Mercedes Benz 300 SL coupe - 1954

I’ve been following this list….I can’t remember who made it. It’s an excel spreadsheet.
