I bought myself this one last week. I'm a sucker for LEGO campers/caravans since childhood.

I'm not surprised you won, because that covers everything from the idea, to the popularity of the franchise and most importantly, the ingenuity to make it work. Congratulations!
Thanks VXR! Loving that yellow camper van btw.
I haven't purchased any Lego for a good while (Mercedes AMG GT3 was the last), but I might have to see whether I can pick that up too.

Just saw a picture of that on LEGO idea's Twitter page yesterday afternoon. Incredible job with it. Massive congratulations mate.
Thanks mate!
Have you built the Mack truck and the Porsche yet? They look like they're great models!👍
@Nessy , that Lotus looks amazing!!!!! Well Done !!!!!

Any chance Lego brining it to market?
Thanks Marco! It's highly unlikely they'll use my model as a basis if they do, but I reckon if they do release one, it'll be far better than my effort.

Wow!! That's a great model... I would buy that in a heartbeat!... and very well done on another win!
Thanks TM!

I've been having a mess about in the LDD again. Working on a Muscle car/Pro street car. It's an early WIP, and wasn't based on anything in particular but it does look a bit like a Chevelle.

Another MOC I've just done, is a Speed Champions style MK1 Ford Escort RS1600.

Yeah, I have. Have to get around to posting some pictures when I can find somewhere that sells some thick black cardboard that I can use a backdrop. (The joys of living in a rural town ) As impressive as the 911. Think the Mack might just be my favourite kit so far. Looks so good when it's all assembled.

Great job with the MK1 Escort. 👍

Here's an XML of the lego safe in case anyone wants to bricklink it.

And here's an overview of it:

Here's my very first New Years Resolution attempt:

I'm 3 builds in out of about 18 or so UCS sets (and a couple non-ucs sets).

Vader's Tie Fighter 10175:

Star Destroyer 10030:

Millennium Falcon 75192 (I sold my 10179 to help pay for this one, call me crazy?):
- https://imageshack.com/a/5SPo/1 There is a pic of a lone piece, that is the missing piece I had to order from Bricklink. Luckily for me its right on the side, couldn't be easier to get to 👍

And we'll see if they fit here, I may have to use the shelving in my closet to finish displaying them all:

Here's a pic of a lego box I made out of 2 USPS Medium Flat Rate Boxes and some packing tape. it works perfect for these huge builds to organize the pieces (mostly). Once organized I do at least 12 pages an hour.

It makes a change to have a Lego kit that looks like the car. I'm thinking I know what I'm going to be spending my raise on....

Superb stuff! Muscle car has shades of '74 Torino about it, especially the red one, for obvious reasons...

Someone figured out a way to make the GT3 RS into a Stratos and it looks really good

Wowsers! In my book that's worth buying another GT3 RS kit!

I'm working on a dirt oval racer semi. Many people aware of the existence of racing trucks, but few know about the modified American semi's used to drift around the dirt ovals. They are pretty spectacular, they are often half-stripped of their bodywork and have in excess of 2500hp, giving them a top speed of up to 140 mp/h on the straights of the longer dirt ovals.

I've always liked those completely overlooked wild racing trucks so here is an early alpha of my model (it does not even have interior yet).

Thanks! True story, the only LEGO bricks I ever broke was by stepping on them, crushed them to bits, but miraculously my feet always emerge unscathed from this accidental carnages.
