As the title says. I'm going to try to get a Bob called S.Vettel (Love this guy) and enter him in the 24 Nurburgring on his own so he gets 8 million xp and is instantly high rank. Is this risky? Will he win?

Unless it will spin all over the place, yes, it'll win no problem.

Just be sure to put dwnforce at 150/200, as 0-lvl bobs sometimes crash when set to low downforce. also, Racing softs will ensure a win. dont worry about pit stops, as he'll only pit when out of fuel.

As a final prosedure, be sure to properly ventilate your PS3. The last thing you need is a YLOD:ouch:

(If it rains, then just put rain tyres for the entire race. They have the same grip in dry as sport mediums)

Hold on were did you get 8 mill Exp figure from. Edit yep its not 8mill its 4.1mill Exp so if you want 8mill for your Bspec bob youll need to do 48Hrs of 24hr B-spec Ring races.

If you run just one driver at level zero his spin rate is going to be realy high when hes knacked after 4 laps should still win as long as he don't get stuck or if he misses his Tyre stops. Due to no mental health stat. going to be a real messy race.

I did not know that about racing rain :D

What about Soft Racing Tyres in the rain?

Someone said in another post that racing hards have better grip in the rain than racing rain tires, but I can't confirm or deny.

He's most likely spin out numerous if not hundreds of times, lose all his strength in the first few laps and will probably win by a huge margin.

Where is the justice?!? I hate you fictional car.

Just set downforce to maximum, let him race on whatever tyres he wants and he will win by a few hundred laps. he will loose all his strength very quickly but doubt very much if he will spin out much, if at all

What was result??
