Man, some people need to get a life.

I joined a room today that was being hosted by a girl, and my god...this was unreal.

The amount of harassment and ridicule aimed her way was unreal! đź‘Ž

Anybody else experienced anything like this online?

(And for the record we raced, me , her and the idiots and she whooped us big time)
 
I've noticed that lobbies with the word "girl" in their title fill up very quickly.
 
I agree with the immaturity we see online, I simply don't use it due to these immature people. They ruin it, they're the ones that we hate seeing online, the ones with X1's, the ones who drive backwards, the ones who ram you, and go crazy if you accidentally tap them. I've noticed a lot of them are under the age of 16, me being 15 makes me feel prous that I'm not that immature and knows how to keep calm because I know it's just a game. I've seen a lot of immaturity towards women too, and notice the rooms with the word girl fill up quickly, they're just led by their genitals, damn little kids :mad:
 
I joined a room once with a 19year old girl in it.We had a nice conversation while everyone else kept asking if she was hot and telling her to "gtfo" so the men can drive.We all had the same car with the same HP,she kicked EVERYONE'S ass lol.

What I like to do some time is let my wife have the mic to trash talk while I drive. Lot of fun winning in a Matte pink viper with my matching pick suit ^_^
 
I have seen people way older than me be very immature. I'm not saying it happens a lot but I've seen sone crazy people on GT5.
 
I've run into a very small amount of immaturity in GT5 online, thankfully. Immaturity runs rampant online(amongst other things) in general unfortunately. I usually pay it no mind as it's, at times, quite hilarious.

I kinda have the same idea, My NSX RM is neon pink with neon green rims..beautiful. :dunce:
 
A bunch of people that only "race" in SSR7's straights with fully customized roadcars using Race Soft tyres. Drag racing my arse...that's immature by my books.

Ohhhh...How I miss the couple of rooms I've so rarely found where people talk nice and drive seriously, with road tyres for road cars and corners on the road :).
 
Same as it is in life. Gonna have to deal with it.
 
Just play low pp rooms. Nice people and awesome drivers gather around there.
 
One thing I dislike, every time I hold a driving style lounge at the Top Gear Test Track. The regular idiots you get in Public "Do what you want" lounges come over to mine, then complain about damage and tyre wear being on because they want to race their 1300HP Bugatti up and down the straight, most likely crashing into people. Then, once I explain the reason for this, I start getting called some pretty horrible stuff. Good thing there is a kick button..

Oh man... when a girl with a "sexy voice" joins the room EVERYTHING HALTS. Nobody races anymore, nobodies doing hot laps, or drag racing, no drifting even... nothing happens. Every room I've been in and there's been a girl in it everyone crowds around her like they've never seen a girl before - catering to her every need, kicking people she doesn't like, changing rules and regulations... ugh it's the most annoying thing ever. A very fair host turns into a crying baby faster than a Veyron hits 60.

This is my most recent peeve with online immaturity.
 
it's stressful when there's a woman in a room full of men. When I was in the Navy, my ship had just 3 women on it. It was the same way. People lose their minds when women try to fit in with the guys. On one hand it's weird as hell, and on the other it's hot.
 
Since the name "andrea" is used also for girls (even if I don't understand how a name that means "man, male" from greek andros can be used for a girl lol), often other players ask me if I'm a girl,and when I say that I'm a boy, they seems to be disappointed lol.
Often I encounter people that goes crazy for contacts in free run, even if you say "sorry, I didn't do that on purpose".
 
Kids, whose balls have not yet dropped, should be banned from using a mic. Screamers and the ones trying to be all gangsta, spittin out lame insults, are the worst.

I just don't like little kids, in real life or on GT5.
 
oh yeah...the kids who sound as young or younger than I was in 1998 when GT1 came out...yeah those kids make me angry. And they make me feel old because they weren't even born yet, or barely born.

Disgusting.
