Oh yeah, with you on the pizza 👍

Lego, too. Loved building stuff with Lego, though I never graduated to remote control, or practical usage, for that matter. In fact, I don't think I ever got any more imaginative than crash landing my Lego WW2 fighter plane into my old computer desk. Still, even now, give me a box full of Space Lego and I'll be happy for months.

Lol, I have the works...well, I did. Pneumatics, home-brewed RC electronics integrated into legos, even had a home-built automatic compressor. Made some awesome stuff, stuff that broke in massive crashes down a flight of stairs. Ahhh, the joys of lego...And I've done many a crash landing. Those are always fun

This will sound very morbid, but when I was a kid (I'm talking under 8 years old), whenever I went to a funeral, I always hoped the service was open-casket. I was disturbingly delighted when it was exposed-dead-person-style.

Keep in mind, this was a curious toddler. Now, I have no real preference in how I celebrate the death of others.

Lego! How could I forget?

That first, crunchy spoonful of a bowl of Cornflakes, nicely dampened by the milk but not - and this is important - soggy. Mmmm.

I do this even tho I have a half-ton longbed...from 1985 :D

Also, other drivers giving you more room than they gave that cop because you have rust on your quarters = priceless...

I love it when I'm driving behind another car with a fairly loud exhaust and the two exhaust notes create harmonics :)

When you find your digital camera is broken and you tell the person who brought it for you only to find that they actually took out a 4 year repair or replace insurance policy on it :)

Spec....

Having your scooter produce really loud noises because the exhaust is literally falling apart.
Wait, that's not nice, i have to get a new one :(

Waking up and realize that you don't have to get up.

When you're walking down the street and you catch a familiar smell. You stop only long enough for the few seconds it takes to remember where you first smelled that aroma, then you keep walking.

Watching a classic car cruise by slowly on a street, the exhausts rumbling away. Your eye meets it, but alas it is fleeting: within seconds, the tree next door blocks your view.

But, it is a brush with a car that is seldom seen, and a sensuous experience at that.

When other students get pictures of cars they expect me not to know, hoping to catch me out. to which i can reply 'you don't even know what that car is it doesnt count' when I occasionally dont know the answer

Being out all day, skating, shooting some hoops, whatever, before going to a party. Then coming home in the morning and just falling asleep on your bed.

Unfortunately, the feeling when waking up does not belong in this thread.

Waking up, realising you're in bed with your partner on a Saturday morning when neither of you have anything to do, and just being able to lay there cuddling them. Then getting a smile and a return cuddle when they wake up with your arm around them. :)

Realizing there is only 2 weeks left in school. What ruins it is the fact that the last week of school is exams.:nervous::grumpy:
Overtaking and AI in GT4 at the 'Ring on a tight turn without touching them.👍
Seeing the nice lookin girls smiling at me in the halls at school.:sly:
Winning in arm wrestling against some of the bigger guys.(I'm a rather small guy)

Being right on the tail of someone's car which "should" be faster through some twisties.

Getting a smile or nod in return from someone in a nice car after giving them a thumbs up. Lots of them act cocky and look as if I insulted them by looking at their car.

Getting free parts for your car.

Getting parts that make a noticeable difference on your car.

Amazing yourself after going quicker than you thought possible around a corner.

And basically anything else in this thread.

Foot massage.

Mole sauce.

Mole sauce foot massage.

Falling off of a mountain bike after going really fast down a hill to get up and discover that all you have is a single cut and a little bruise, and the bicycle has not a scratch on it. And then, on the way back up, finding the watch you lost in the crash.

* Being I start them again tomorrow, summer hours at work. Nine hours Monday - Thursday and 4 on Friday.

* Bonus - having your first Monday after your first half Friday be a paid holiday.

* When it's nice outside, opening the door to the backyard and kicking the kids and dog outside to play.

* Having a deadline at work that you are never going to make extended by a week.

* 9:00pm - kids are sleeping, house is straightened up and you can finally just... do nothing for a bit.

On this note, one time I was about to pass out after a good night of raging, and a friend of mine (decently attractive one to boot) just stumbled in my hotel room and gave me a thorough cranial massage. Although it is kind of too much for the little niceties of this thread, it still felt awesome 👍

I enjoy coming home after a long car ride with someone who blasts crappy rap music to hear some nice soothing Disturbed!!! OK mabey soothing isn't the word for it but you get what I mean.

Also on days like today when my most hated teacher is being a real B:censored:, I enjoy hearing some smart a:censored: make a funny remark. Makes the teacher angry, but it lightens up my day a little bit. :)

Not having to present my history project in front of the class.(I like the teacher for that class.👍)

This is limited to "little" niceties right? So getting a raise, or a promotion, or a new position, or a job, or a 'job... none of that counts.

- Playing fetch with your dog
- A juicy steak
- Migas at Trudy's in Austin Texas
- A calm summer rainstorm when you can just hang out on the patio and watch the rain come down
- Overtaking on one of my favorite onramps
- Backcountry roads
- Being hit on
- Winning at a tough video game
- Improvising on the guitar

Approaching a traffic light and it just turning green.

Watching another driver in front of you getting flashed by a speed camera :D

Girls knowing you but you not knowing them.

Getting packages though the post instead of missing the postman and having to pick up the next day.

Attractive women smiling at you as you go by.

Getting something from ebay and it arriving the next day.

Going for a drive out of the city on a warm evening with the windows down and music off.
