is this place dead or something?
yo man, take a close look next time you play the vid. its not MPH, its KMH. 140 KMH is around 75 MPH.Batmanbeyonhold up everything he is not a D pad user look at the steering and gas control no way you can hold the steering like that with the pad it's to accurate and when you are using the gas i see the drops and rev's go up and down nicely so that gave it away with the pad the gas control cannot be that good no matter who you are one more thing about the vids something is not right with the speed and gears i see you holding the car sometimes in 2nd up 140MPH that just does not look right because in order to do that you have to set the gears to high and then there is the problem of not enough power to reach the gears but in the vid it does it like nothing which looks like some of those cars are bugged you know game-shark and stuff the AE86 one was just way off the car cannot do that because it only has below 400HP tops h-mm let's see in the linking 4.0 vid 279MPH not gona happen in that unless it's bugged and the last vid and some of the other ones when you drop to 1st and and still hit 60+MPH i don't know what you call that but it sure is not drifting a proper drift should never go into 1st only reason i would like to see the 1st gear come up it's if you did a 180 or went off road so in the end i really can't give you props bro don't get me wrong you can handle those car but they are not close to there regular specs sorry but the vid just tells enough of the story oh and my grammar and punctuation well I'm not here to get an A+ for reply so sorry.
You don't use right stick to accel/brake?SheronI use D-Pad. It's hard but not impossible. It's just to be careful with the pressure I make with my thumbs.
I'm thinking about to make the 5.0, but I'm not sure, Should I?
divine_monkone thing i don't like about using the right stick for acceleration and braking because the prefer quicker braking after gasing or vice versa.

silviadrifterActually it's very possible to control the gas/brakes/steering smoothly with the D-Pad and buttons... The D-Pad is analog just like all the buttons on the Dual Shock 2 controller (yes, even the start and select buttons)... So, if you vary the amount of pressure you put down on the buttons you can make precise adjustments... It's not easy, but can be learned with exstensive practice to program it into your muscle memory... Sheron is the master of the D-Pad, but is not the only one on these forums that can achieve smooth countersteer with the D-Pad... Our own Battle Stage uses the D-Pad and his countersteer looks quite good...
You need to pay closer attention to the vids as well, before spouting off accusations... It's always pays to be absolutely sure of something before confronting someone...

SheronMy first gears usually go to 100km/h --> 60mph. It's a game, not the real life.
If anyone still don't believe that I use D-Pad, watch carefully the quick changes side-to-side of the steering wheel (yes, that white thing at bottom left of the screen), they can't be achived with the sticks.
I must thank all people that liked my vids![]()
.
