I have many, many 0/0/0 cars in my Standard Garage and I cannot remember if they were purchased from the OCD or if they are truly "new". Is there a list of all the past OCD cars?
Any help would be appreciated.

Not only the Veyron, there are several others, try search, you may find the topic, but I know there arelike 10-15 other cars which may come with 0 kms/miles.
Right. The question is, are the 0/0/0 cars in my garage from the Online Dealer or cars I won via Tickets? I know the ones I won via Licenses/Events. But I literally have 100+ other 0/0/0 cars which I cannot identify one way or the other.
