I'd take the Storm just because I love that car and really wish it was premium. As soon as I came accross it, I bought it. I didn't buy the Viper Team Oreca yet. I had the chance too but passed on it and haven't seen it since...

FYI I bought the Lister weeks ago as soon as it came up in the UCD. It's not as nimble as the Viper Team Oreca, but they're both really fun cars. Again, because of the beautiful noise the Viper makes, my vote goes there.

Wasn't the original as your talking about (also in avatar) in GT2? i remember seeing it in the intro. But when i try going into Dodge then special, and scroll over from the Viper Concept, the game freezes. I wanted it so bad.

Oh yes! Now that was a great colour scheme. Would love to know why they've included #51 and #91 which are practicaly identical when they could have just had one of them plus the original red, white and blue Oreca colours.

The Storm I just bought one and it is rare. The Viper shows up more often for me at least than the Storm which has only showed up once for me.

basicly, where have the developers gone badly wrong with the Lister Storm?
I'm asking, because back in the good olod days of Gt racing, the GT2/GTS spec Storm was as quick as the Oreca Vipers over a lap (though not over a race), and once Oreca pulled out, Lister beat privateer run ex-Oreca Vipers easily.
The lister in the games is the GT1 spec lister, which is faster than the GT2 spec, so why is the faster spec Lister from the game slower than the viper?
I've always loved the Lister Storm, and it realy bugs me that GT make it perform poorly in every game since GT2.

I think the Viper's quite better. You just have to see the seasonal events (Online A-SPec Challenge). The Storm was a turtle for me

While the Vipers definitely handle better, I'd say get the Storm because of its relative "rareness" meaning it won't show up again any time soon. While the Vipers do show up more often, keep in mind that doesn't mean they show up all the time.

Doesn't the Storm Race Car weigh more than the Viper Race Car IRL? I think that's how the Storm performs worse than the Viper, and the Viper has more power, doesn't it?

IMO the viper is a way better car than the Lister. The Lister is kinda like the Gillet Vertigo. Looks rather impressive on paper, but then you drive it and... eh.

Because PD made it weigh about 700 pounds more in the game than they should have.
