Live Chat for the GtPlanet isnt working for me.

i always wanted to try the live chat but it never worked for me. Any ideas why?

It is not working for me either. Says the page cannot be found. I am using Firefox on a Mac - if that helps.

Can you give us any details about how it fails to work? Also, please proofread a little more closely - we really prefer the best grammar we can get. Thanks.

I may be missing something huge, but whenever I try to open chat it goes through a few checks saying I joined successfully, but then right away it says I failed to log in with an invalid Username or Password. I don't see anywhere to log in, besides the main forum... *scratch head*

I think they may have the same problem I have at home on my Mac (Except I use Safari)

If not, i'll explain what happens to me when I try to load the chat;

The window opens up and when it goes to load the Javascript for the chat, it just fails. I get a little 'X' in the top left hand corner of the screen and it offers me a choice to de-bug or something, which I have no clue how to do.

To both of you, go to java.com and make sure you have the latest Java, (Mac user, it should be in the Software Update menu on your Mac) and that should fix the problem.

(This is of course if you have the same problem as I do)
