  • Now begins stage two of our Le Mans testing!
In order to highlight any significant variances between the cars we need to run as many of the cars at Fuji GT (online) over the next couple of weeks to obtain maximum potential laptimes.

I'll update the table as results are listed.

Please see #post 2 for current cars to be tested - initial specification for cars is 1030hp and 980kg

First observation - Toyota Minolta 88C-V (89) - Min Weight is 850kg. 130kg required to bring to spec min weight of 980kg. This only leaves 70kg remaining for any ballast handicap system. Assuming same system is used as GT800 series this will not be enough.

Yes, some cars are lighter then others, best is to get some lap times from each car first, and we can balance them later, if those cars are 'out of range', we may need to drop them.

My lap time from Tue:

XJ = 1.20.8 @894kg
R8 2005 = 1.20.5
Speed 8 = 1.20.5
GT1 = 1.20.7
BMW = 1.20.5
R18 = 1.20.2 @900kg

Any other times yet?

Testing tonight from 9pm.

1:19.593 '05 pescarolo
1:20.796 r10 Audi

Above all 1030hp/980kg

1:22.5 r18
1:26.0 ts030

Both at 900kg

As testing resources are limited I'd propose eliminating the Toyota ts030. Shame as a great lmp car but just won't be competitive.

Will update table asap.

Here are my times, I've only done a little testing with minor setups but maybe could go quicker.

908 HDI Fap Matmut - 1:20.168

BMW V12 LMR - 1:21.412
------------------ 1:20.505 @960kg

(The BMW runs at 975 bhp).
