Hello everyone ! I received my RS50 last Thursday, and had time to play with it a few hours since... Coming from a G27 since 2007 and a G923 two years ago, this is pretty much night and day !

Verry satisfied overall, the most striking first impression is how better is the feeling when starting to oversteer, and how natural it feels, making it way easier to handle.

I started with recommended settings, but I must say I'm quite surprised with the max torque recommendation in GT7, the steering becoming much heavier than anything I drove in real life (including a few laps in a 458 Italia), to the point it felt like some heavy duty machine... On the other hand, recommended settings in ACC felt way too light, as if coming from two people with totally different approach to FFB.

I'll try with less in-game max torque and higher sensitivity, and less dampener and filer on the base.

@LOGI_Rich : the left and right gear paddles have a very different feeling, the left click being much sharper and precise, even if both works flawlessly. Should I be concerned?

Let me know if you need a better one, this is the best I could do during my lunch break 😅

Again, functionally it's ok, I don't really pay attention to the difference after a few laps.

That's a very slight variance in sound and is definitely normal. There's slightly different volumes of air in either side of the wheel hub.

I’m still experimenting - and enjoying play-n-racing with the new RS50 wheel base and wheel. Primarily with the track-wheel on the hub.

I find that the ability to easily set up and changing between multiple profiles on the wheel-base is really nice. A general base-profile and additional profiles for specific favorite cars or car classes.

Among other it’s nice to adjust force feedback on the base vs. In-game. Being at a finer scale yet allowing GT7 to deliver max. output.

Do any of you have other exeriences or tips after some time on the RS50?

I have my RS50 for a week and still trying to figure out best settings for me.

So far I figured out that standard settings are almost the best except dampener which I find better on Off than on 20(just like Kireth suggested, you get better responsiveness)

But the most important thing is in game settings of max torque, that one I think 10 is fine ONLY for Comfort tires.

For sports tires I find it a bit heavy so lowering it to 7-8 is better for me.

and of course Racing tires(as suggested for Gr.x class) lower max torque to 5

My settings are:

Strength:8
TF Audio: 100
FFB Filter: 6
Dampener: Off
Angle: Default (Is set automatically per car (by GT7)

In game settings
Sensitivity: 1
Max torque: Comfort tires 10, Sport tires: 7-8, Racing tires: 5

If anyone else found some other settings do share

Hallo, ich möchte mir die RS 50 kaufen und weiß nicht ob das

Lenkrad für PRO Racing GT D

an diese Base passt.

Yes, the GT D Wheel works on the RS50.

So there's no compatibility issues whatsoever on PS5?
I'm about to purchase RS 50 with the GT D Rim, but i need to be sure... Dual clutch paddles can be mapped on GT7 and other PS5 games?
Or should i just go with the basic round rim because of the HUB..? Price difference is only about 20€...
