Hey man - what are you doing here (meant in context of 'hey, great to hear from you!')

Looking for my smile. As I mentioned earlier in this thread, I've been told by a friend that I am depressed and should seek help. GTPlanet is fun, and tends to put a smile on my face. I don't really care so much about the game anymore (just got it all back from a friend and I don't even have a desire to play), but the conversation at GTP is usually entertaining - at least that's what I tell myself ...

What'cha been up to? Still out shooting up digital shots of your homeland? Do you have a good autum/fall season there with plants that change colors, or is it pretty much straight from green to dead? My sister bought a nice digital camera recently, so now I've got the photography bug again and I'm thinking about getting a camera also. It would give me something to update my pathetic website with.

I'm trying real hard to maintain a jogging schedule. The hardest days are the lonely ones. I HATE running by myself. I went to a local forest/park with some friends today and we climbed natural rock walls. I need to get some pictures of that online ... cRaZy fun stuff.

Anyway, 7am jogging schedule, I need to get to bed.

Good to hear from you! Hope all is well ... more later.

Cheers buddy - been busy with a few things here. Work, exercise, looking at buying a house, that sort of crap. Ran the Sydney half marathon (off training at the moment because I'm crook) which I was happy with - you know, normal crap...

Ah yes, normal crap I know too well. A friend of mine ran the "Country Music Half Marathon" a while back. They had country music bands about every half mile along the course. I think he said he ran a 2:09:xx or something. That park I mentioned is 42 miles (67.6km) from my house and I'd like to jog out there by the end of the year. I'll have to change my workout routine though. I've been doing short runs in hopes of getting in shape for 5k races.

I spent about two hours yesterday playing Dead Or Alive 2 'Hardcore'. Has anyone else played DOA2 on PS2? It's pretty good. DOA3 on XBox is definitely prettier, but I just can't get used to the controllers. I wonder if the adapter to use the Dualshock2 on the XBox is any good, and if the games work normally. The DS2 has more functionality than the XBox controller also.

LM, first off, good to have you back. :) lol - I must have missed the post where it was announced you were leaving, so I figured you were just lurking.

Anyways, Yup, I've got both DOA2 (PS2) and DOA3. I had thought about picking up one of the "DS2" adapters for the Xbox, but after doing a little reading (I'll post the link if I can track it down again), I gather it really mutes the feedback/rumble of the DS2. Aside from that, I gather it works quite well. I too find/found the controls odd on the Xbox... Oh well, I s'pose it just takes some getting used to.

:D

But again, welcome back.

Hey hey hey! :loudmusic Welcome!

Erm... don't mean to be too nosy, but why'd you go? (You don't have to answer)

Jogging = good for the body. This summer (starting the 17th), I'm going to be taking Cross Country and Track & Field training courses at my high school... since I'm taking those two courses instead of P.E. ;)

Well im a few days behind in saying this man But welcome back. Sure did miss ya. :loudmusic

Yes its glad to see you back LoudMusic, we had to listen to Klos's dribble while you were gone, nah I'm kidding Klos.

I'm here ... with no foresee-able departure. "Here to stay" is maybe an over statement. I'm here visiting indefinitely. I don't play GT3 much anymore, so I don't really feel like contributing to any of that conversation, and I have 'real world' friends that I talk with everyday. So pretty much I just load GTP when I'm bored (: When the next installment of the GranTurismo series comes out I'll probably be much more active.

It is good to "be back", thanks for the kind words.
