Looking for a song?Music

Hopefully someone who knows is watching, but what's the name of the 2 songs that played at the start of James May On The Moon on BBC2?
I've been looking for the second one in particular for some time now but it only ever seems to feature in TV programmes or in adverts.

For those of us that weren't watching, was it by chance any of the songs in this clip?

Unfortunately not! It's a very well known piece of... I think the only way to describe it is modern inspirational-sounding classical/chillout starting with piano, containing soft female vocals. I'm hoping the programme becomes available somewhere so I can find the example, or perhaps find a credits listing for it online somewhere.

Edit: Got them both!

Brian Eno - An Ending (Ascent)

Sigur Rós - Hoppípolla

okay so theres a song on the menu ive been trying to identify for the longest.

it sounds like back 2 u by Makoto but it has a faster tempo and a girl comes on singing the words "time to change it baby" she also scats a little.

anybody know what im talking about? i need the song title and artist

I'm hoping someone here can make sense of my ramblings and help find this song.
It's fairly famous to those who know older music.
It's a pretty slow, sad song and I'm so sure it's by Roy Orbison, but I can't think of it nor find it.
The only line I can think of is the chorus part where he sings "'Cause I'm, falling in love, with you" followed by a bit of guitar.
I know that's really quite vague, but I've been trying for 2 hours now and it's bugging the hell out of me, so if anyone has any ideas I'll be extremely grateful :)

It's not Falling, no :indiff:
I might be wrong on the Artist as I'm not entirely sure of it nor am I entirely familiar with the vocalists of his time, but Roy Orbison was the name that came to mind when I think of the voice so it's similar to him, plus it's got his kind of guitar style.
It's almost one of those slow, driving rock kind of songs... I'm failing at describing this and probably confusing anyone reading even moreso, so I'll stop :P

Nope, not it either :indiff:
If it makes it any more recognisable, try put this in context:
"'Cause iiiiiii'm, fallin' in love... with you" then the little guitar bit.
The "I'm" is extended for about 3 seconds, then the break is 3 seconds before "with you".
I apologise for the lack of any more details, I've tried Youtube for a while, googling lyrics and such, even looked at the movie soundtrack I heard it on as it was in a scene in 'Family Man' playing in the background on the radio, but had no luck there either.

Little Anthony and the Imperials - I'm Falling In Love With You?

Nope, definitely more Roy Orbison Blues/Rock than Motown/Soul :indiff:
I'm afraid this might just be one of those I'll have to wait months/years to hear again for an ID! :ouch:

That explains why I can't find it! I wasn't looking for "I don't want to fall in love!"

At least you figured it out!

Hey everyone,

hope you guys can help me out, but last week i heard an awesome tune in the radio here, but completely forgot the name of the song/singer, only thing i remember is that the song is already a little older and the lyrics always contained "I see ***** i see***** i see**** always something with I see****"

Already tried googling but couldnt come up with any matching results.

I believe that song is from the 70ties, but i could be wrong.

help is appreciated

Chris

It rang a bell with me having only just downloaded it last week. I must have heard it somewhere too so i bought it off Amazon before i forgot how much i like it again.
