that would be $7.50 per hour over the course of two days...

Pretty good for a first job 👍. My first is giving $8.50 per hour...unfortunately, thats Canadian dollars :(

I guess I should feel guilty getting paid $37.50 an hour?

Ahhh... The benefits of 2 college degrees.

Mad money is $6.75/hr for making new Mazdas and Subarus look great and clean. And when nothing is selling I get paid the same. If it gets slow enough I can just check the inventory and stuff and if there's a car with a dead battery I can jump start it and drive it around in the parking lot for an hour and have some fun. On Friday I spent a while detailing our '92 MPV. On Saturday I drove some Miatas around in the lower lot for a while. I also can just run some cars through the wash whenever if they look dirty. Get in a car, go for a little exercise through the lot, run it through the car wash, park it, and get another one.

And since I apply myself very well at work I'm getting a raise this week. Don't know how much, but anything is great.

Money is definately a great thing to have, especially when you don't have tons of expenses. Then you can just save up and get that Mazda...err...car, you really want.

$22.75/hr. Not bad when you consider I started at $8/hr at the same job 9 months ago. Two huge promotions later, and bam - no more ass kissing for me!

Ahh, the benefits of... dropping out of high school, and getting my GED.:odd:

My job blows ass, though. I'm going to quit and start going to the University of South Carolina, or College of Charleston pretty soon so I don't have to work at my current job forever.

Umping was the best paying job I had: $20 per game to ump Senior Softball. Basically all of the hotties in my grade. Plus every time you ump, you automatically get two games, and there are no taxes on it.

I get $8 an hour for the same thing with GMCs, Buicks, and Jeeps :sly: And I'm not even the head lot guy

I'm making $2.19/hr with tips waiting tables right now. This weekend alone I pulled in $106 dollars in tips(not including my paycheck) in three days.

Doug, you'll get there some day.

You just need to build up a clientele. If you keep working the same street corner, you'll be very sucessful.

Trust me.

$3.25/hour busing tables. The servers tip out to us, so its usually about twenty bucks a night in tips.

That's your employers problem. If that's what they want to pay you, then you're not exactly going to tell them that you don't deserve it.

Does that mean no Z06 then?

I'm on the equivalent of $16.83 an hour.

£12 / hour, you can convert that into $, I can't be bothered. <-----------Lazy.

€ 6/ hour for an office job. I'm working there for the whole of August, your basic 9 - 5 job. I've also worked there last year and there really is not a lot of stuff to do, I get to take really long breaks, read books, browse the web, etc. Not a lot of stress, very easy money.

EDIT : this is my summer job btw

$6.50. I should be only making $6.25/hr, but I won't complain ;)

Oh! I've been working the entire street! What a great tip, Ms. Klostrophobic!

Not quite there yet, but doing pretty good at 20.00 an hour with one degree. Of course thats all going to change now that I am quiting my job and going to school full time to obtain my second degree.

Yep, its back to 5.00 an hour plus tips. Valet Parking here I come. Admitly I missed the job anyway.

$21.50 an hour, but that's calculated on a 40 hour work week. I haven't worked less than 50 for as long as I can remember. :grumpy:

I've found a pic of Boom in action
