Sounds Pretty good on paper. Post the ini so we can see how it handles (that is if you did anything else to it. If not I'll just make one myself)...

it handels like a short wheel based car with alot of lowend toqure due to the v8, and its also very light, compair it to a stock stratos with insain hp, its also great at drifting AND grip driving, it will spin easlyly but you can hit revrse and have it going straight in no time!

To fix the reversing problem just go into settings and move the autoset around :)...

mucle car attempt #3

Im also working on a corvett grand sport hybrid. Best mucle car body I think.

created from a 1966 gt40 (non race)
2000+hp
max speed=301mph
decent handling
v-12 engine

what the hell r u talking about, that is a 1966 gt40 with a v12 and 5-speed. not a muscle car?

no what you did was take a muscle car and made it a sport car. a v12 isnt a muscle car engine, only a v8, in some very very very freak cases a Inline 6 is a muscle motor but its not a v8.

you edited, I am working on a v8 corvett gs. the body is muscle carish. been having some lag trouble though. do you know what causes the horrible lag in the 1-3000rpm in engines with over 1500hp?

I kind of agree, a GT40 isn't really a muscle car, it leans more towards sportage, but if it didn't look so sleak and everything it could be a muscle car. If you want a real muscle car go for 69Dodge Charger with a 426 hemi man!:D

Its still has muscle car properties, goes fast in a straight line, sucks on corners.

did you see the thread of the car im gonna restore? go to the video and pic thread in automotive then find "my duster"

the hemi its self is over rated, the Hemi 426 in underrated, but the ford hemi 429 is unheard of, and itll whoop any 426 in a heart beat! and yes ford did have a hemi, and the reason the spark plugs go through the valve covers is cause, they have dual rocker arms because of the hemisphercial head design its like a half of a ball in the heads.

im gona be nice to you peeps and tell you what i did to my startos, so someone can make an ini of it !, i took a stock red lancia stratos, put a gt40 race motor in it, put gt40 tyres on it, raised the front end up a little for front tyre clearence and added all the ingame engine mods. someone just do that, also you need to add the gt40 chassie for the wheels.

stfu all you big block red necks you people think displacement means power look at koguchi's 180sx ca18det p[ushing 320 in real life or uneo's soarer 3.0 litres and 463 hp and 433 lbs-ft torque more than any peice of **** hemi or 7.0 litre engine

big blocks and 4 cylinders have each there pros and cons, the 4 cylinder has a solid block so its able to with stand more heat, meaning higher speeds, where the good old big block is mainly set up to get you off the line get you away from where you were, and still manage to gain speed.

Since this is a muscle car topic, I built this car the other day just for fun. Its the SVT Mustang with the Cobra 427 in it, running stock exhaust and a stage 2 supercharger from the V8 Vantage. I really made it for the engine tone, it sounds great. Not some super hybrid, something around 1600hp. I don't bother to go above that really....whats the point.

im sorry but a 4 banger doesnt "withstand" more heat, it just doesnt make the heat, and it has less rotating mass in the engine, giving you higher rev's which means faster speed.

sorry to have to correct you, but the "4 banger" does withstand more heat. mainly being the block being thicker than like a v set up. check the specs one Japanese imports and us muscles and you see the Japanese engines can handle more heat, but they dont have the accel like we do. thin= accel, thick=speed.

dude, i have no clue what your trying to say with heat? thats why we have a radiator, or at least my truck does, i dunno know about your car. and the biggest thing that determines top speed vs. acceleration is gears. i know your proven on your opinion on this but dont try to argue with someone that has been through 3 years of auto classes and worked at a auto parts store for 5 years, i think i know what i am talking about.

radiators dont always work. solid block (4 cylinder) wont crack as easily being thicker. it withstands more heat heat unlike the american v setup. foronce i actualy know what im talking about. you can run the 4 cylinder a whole hell alot longer because it can bare the piston heat.

hmm top fuel uses 426 hemi block... if u look on the NHRA site the top motors this year are making 8000hp?? what's the most a ford 429 has made??
