Make Pics & Vids appear in threads instead of Url links ?

Does anyone know how to make pictures and videos appear in threads instead of the url link?

For pictures, post the url of the picture itself inside the IMG tags.

And for Youtube videos, you put the video code (the sequence of numbers and letters on the end of the video's url) between Youtube tags.

On the post box (the one I'm typing in now) are a few buttons which allow pics and vids to be posted. Hover your mouse over them to see what each does.

Highlight your URL, click on the necessary buttong and it will prompt you to insert your URL.

I'm all about efficiency, me.

I post most tags/ smileys by keyboard but I find the buttons so much quicker to use for images.
