Where are my points after round 2 manufactures cup. I won the race and the other players points are in points table. Mine says 0 points in round 2.

Only the final race you enter counts. I assume that you were disconnected or quit from the final race you entered?

Did you enter any more races after the race you won? Only the last race you do counts, so if you entered another race and quit or disconnected then you'd have got 0 points for that race.
