The DPR clearly screwed up by stating that it shot down a AN instead of the Boeing, and that is probably why they removed the news as soon as they could.

I told, they (DPR) reported about two planes shot down. Not only Antonov. But whatever, I'll try to find some more info about that tomorrow.

The pro-Russian rebels posted on twitter saying they had taken down a plane around the same time MH17 was brought down.
They rapidly deleted all tweets about the buk missile launcher they had.

Man... saw the pics of people looting the wreckage. Absolutely sickening and inhuman. Safe to say there will be lots of world tension in the coming days.

Well, I still doubt... That's not a solid proof. Let's wait for the investigation result before saying "X did it, no doubt!".

Now, there's info about the DPR fighters having secured the wreckage. They are known for persecuting looters in Slaviansk, Kramatorsk, and other areas under their control.
 
I heard that the other plane shot down today was an Su-25 "Frogfoot".

The tweets that you question were seen by a BBC correspondent, they may twist news but they don't lie. I believe they existed, not that that helps you ;)

This is the best argument for Putin to step in and take charge of the inmates now running loose in the zoo.

Or, you might say, for Ukrainian army to stop ****ing around like morons and give up heavy weapons so easily. Even though I do not support Poroshenko's govt, I get badly facepalmed of some actions of UAF.

That's what I'm talking about. Sure some Americans died, but its still an airliner registered to a Malaysian entity. If anything they should be demanding compensation (when we find out who did it) and gotten a phone call immediately by Putin.

So 200+ deaths isn't the PDR's fault it's the UAF's fault for "not fighting enough" if we are playing those games I blame russia because they made them and supplied them

And Obama DID immediately get a phone call from Putin, I know it's early there but read the thread :D
 
I hate to be all professional conspiracy theorist. But we haven't yet ruled out the missile coming from Russia it's self.
I don't think this is likely, but it's a theory.
