now here is the car 3 wheelin on hydrollics, but it looks like its launching off the line and pulling a wheelie :D

 
That's cool looking. Can you change the ride height yet? I want to put a big rake to my Charger but can't really. I have 14'' in the front and 15'' in the back and that's the best rake I can do. Am I missing something?

I'd show pictures of mine, but don't have a digital camera or whatever you need to put them up.
 
i think we need to buy suspension upgrades before we can lower the cars, im only 2% complete lol i havnt had much time to play. :guilty:
 
Oh. I'm sure we'll figure it out eventually. It's cool when you can unlock the double colors for the vinyls. My flames are actually red to yellow. It looks cool.
 
I just got the EXT last night and that's really cool, but I still thing my CTS is the best. I was keeping up with this guys McLaren on line with it. Hey if anyone wants to play on Live hit me up my tag is Eismann1270.
 
Those pics are sick Driftgod. Keep em coming when you get more. I am surprised with all the options available so far. I will have this tonight for PS2 and X-box but I will be playing online with the x-box version.
 
This game is great, I rented it out this afternoon. I was suprised at how utterly arcadey it felt but I soon got used to it. I've played it for about 2 hours and I've got just my starting Impala, every upgrade, hydraulics, side pipes, wheelies bars, the lot. I can't wait till I start getting to the really fast stuff like the bikes and the proper muscle cars, not just boulevard cruisers.
 
The bikes are really cool, I just got the Ducati last night and it's hella fast. I love pulling endos with it. The weight transfer takes some getting used to though.

Underground 2 was half and half, it wasnt overblown and unrealistic like U1. MC3 full on arcade like Burnout 3.
 
Ive been messing around with this for about 30 minutes. I really like how you can "duplicate" a car in the "Manage Vehicles" menu. You can make copies of the car you own for free and make it look however you want then race with it. :D Instead of buying 3 or 4 of the same car. I will be online in hour or so after I mess with the single player a little more. I added
I also bought the Monte Carlo. There really wasnt anything else to choose from that I wanted since I like old school. If I was to pick another car available it would have been the Golf R32.

I also chose the Monte Carlo as my first car, right now it's just black with gold trim/wheels, and lowered, but now that you've reminded me of the multiple copy feature I'll try a different look for it.
 
I just got the game. I bought a Golf R32 and did the first race. Then I went to try it online, so I was making up a login name and password, since I don´t remember ever playing another Rockstar game online, but I already had one. That´s weird.

I´m gonna play some more soon.
 
Wow, I was just playing it online and it´s great! Ok, so the PS2 version doesn´t offer headset support (not that I have one), but at least it doesn´t lag at all! Eight cars online and it felt like I was playing on single mode, very smooth.

Now, was it really so difficult for PD to include online mode on GT4?
 
Whoa, so you can't talk to your fellow players while playing online in the PS2 version!?
 
My review : game play NFSu2 is just a little better. Cars ,customizing ,and Music is much better in MC3 . The only thing I dont like about the music is that you cant make ur own play list.
 
Anyone answer my question, so its 100% proven that the USB headset is not compatible with the online mode for this game?!

Yes, no talking on PS2. You can only type, and I don´t even know if the game supports a USB keyboard.

I definately like MC3 way much better than I liked NFSU2. In fact, I traded in NFSU2 to get MC3.

Underground 2 gave me a headache whenever I played it, I'm not sure why, it just did, so that was strike one. Strike two was the fact that you have to go about 400 different places if you want to upgrade your car. Strike three .. well there wasn't a strike three.

The amount of customization you can do to your cars in MC3 is downright insane. I love being able to vary rim widths, tire profiles, ride heights, and rim sizes from front to back. This game is nothing short of great.
 
just got this game yesterday, heres my IS300, keeping it clean like it should be. on bags AND hydros.. TIS03's.. mean rims

only disappointment with this game is that u cant change the grille/trims on the IS300.. really wanted to with this car.

 
Yesterday, I played my MC3 for couple hours. I went to my buddies house, he has it on XBOX, and i didnt notice a graphics difference. I noticed there are even more jaggy lines on the cars on the PS2. Weird..........

Me too, I just made a Bel Air inspired by one of the special cars in Ridge Racer 5, which ironically was probably modelled after a '57 Bel Air.

thanx, thats the bike and rider i got after beating the 4 races against PHILL đź‘Ť

edit: i have the X-BOX version of the game, so the graphix might be beter im not sure though ;)
